Small store but the best one I've been to and I have been to quite a few. The variety and quality of products here was fantastic. The store is more compact that most but I'm guessing the rental fees for being in the mall is the main reason for this. There was still room to love around on a busy long weekend but walking single file and customers were all shifting around eachother to get thru. Visiting on a quieter day (non-holiday) is highly recommended. The line up at the cashier was quite long.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience in this store as the employees are always so helpful! Shekhar always provides good customer service as well! He helps look for items I’m looking for.
Products are cute and reasonably priced too. I’ll keep coming back to this location :)

I really like this store a lot and I shop here often, but I'm pretty disappointed. That's the same water bottles for 30 dollars they are selling are on temu for 2 bucks! I really got ripped off

**Be Aware, Shoppers: Misleading Prices and Poor Customer Service at Miniso**
I had a disappointing experience at Miniso in West Edmonton Mall. After purchasing five items totaling around $79, I checked my receipt outside the store and noticed that three of the items were charged at higher prices than what was listed on the shelves. I went back to the cashier, who acknowledged the mistake and said they had posted the wrong price tags, promising to correct them.
I mentioned that I had purchased the items based on the displayed prices, so they should honor the lower prices. However, both staff members were incredibly rude, dismissing my concern and saying they had no policy to fix such mistakes. When I asked for a refund, the floor staff, Aman, got involved and also refused, claiming their store policies wouldn’t allow it.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. It's unacceptable for a store to mislead customers with incorrect prices and then refuse to take responsibility for their errors. I won’t be shopping at this location again.

Super slow service. When I went to check out the lady scanned a butter knife and put it in my bag. I caught what she did and told to to take the butter knife off my bill and to take it out of the bag. Went to pay and when I tapped my card she hit cancel making it say decline. I asked to try it again and she did it yet again. I finally just said I will insert my card making her turn the machine towards me and my transaction went through. Not happy with that Miniso. Will never go back.

Rude staff my toddler touched a plastic container and pen and they rudely told me to be careful. Lost a sale and you bet I will tell other mom friends.

Always get the receipt! Sometimes they don't give it to you, and probably on purpose. Because when you need to return the item, they won't accept it without the receipt. We even showed them our purchase statements and transaction showing their location. AVOID!

This is the worst service I've ever seen, we bought a thing for a child at 3.35, left the store for 3 minutes, when the child was looking at the thing, it turned out that it was broken. When we came back in 5 minutes we approached the girl who works in this store to ask if we can replace this thing, to which she said no and in general I can't help you. When we went to see if there was another box to take and go to the checkout with new box, she started yelling at me and the child, get out of the store immediately, I didn't understand what was going on, went to the checkout, where in 2 minutes this girl appeared and started saying something to the cashier pointing at me, which was very unpleasant. The cashier started telling me that 13 minutes had already passed and not 5, I explained that I was waiting in line, this cashier was also not polite, later he called another woman who said of course you can make a return. It was a terrible situation, I asked if I could call the manager, and they refused to do so.
I appeal to the managers of this store to review the surveillance cameras and respond to the behaviour of their employees.

3 staff followed me around the store and when I went to pay for my item I was asked to open my bag. It was then searched by the employee without me consenting to do that. I was then accused of stealing an item I picked for 2 seconds. Just as a tip bit, they’re not allowed to search your bag unless a mall security guard is present. It is also ground for a lawsuit ?

Negative comment on this store. Price tag on item is $5.99, but $11.99 when scanned. Total negligence of scanning code of conduct. No free item offered for their fault nor $10 discount as per scanning code of conduct. Staff said no Manager on duty to talk to.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this store. The overall atmosphere was messy and disorganized, making it challenging to find what I needed. The lack of cleanliness and order reflected poorly on the establishment. The customer service was horrible , with staff members displaying rudeness and a complete lack of consideration.Not only did I feel undervalued as a customer, but the constant attempts to upcharge prices added insult to injury. It seemed like a deliberate effort to take advantage of customers, further tarnishing the already poor impression.I would strongly advise against this location . The combination of disorganization, poor customer service, and questionable pricing practices creates an environment that is not only frustrating but also undermines the basic principles of good business. Save yourself the trouble and seek other locations like Londonderry malls location that prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain a level of professionalism.
