Worst customer service ever! We have been supporting this place with our generous donations of clothing etc.
Recently I purchased an item to use as part of my Halloween costume. However when I got home and checked it did not work and so i went back the next morning hoping I could exchange it for another item I would use. The person at the counter refused saying "All Sales are Final"! I was not looking for a refund, just an exchange for an item I never used!
I would like to remind all shoppers that places like Good Will and Value Village and many other places also note "All Sales are Final" on their receipt but also add that you can exchange the item with 14 days of purchase with receipt.
This place claiming to a Christian establishment exhibits no such values except a business mind!
Very poor business policy and customer service. Will NEVER shop or support this place ever!!

Im sad that they moved from stony plain rd, but this location is huge. Great place for back to school clothes shopping. Not much for men or boys but the women's selection was amazing. Bought a bunch of new outfits for myself and my daughter. Also picked up books and games. Prices are of an actual thrift store, unlike other places which charge as much as Walmart. The store was clean and well organized. My only complaints were the music was a little loud and the lighting in some areas was way to bright, but I'm sensitive to such things.

This is the only thrift store I've been to in the city so I can't compare it with others, but this one was really big and spacious, nicely laid out in clear sections, quite of variety of things on sale at the kind of prices you'd expect for such a store, you can find just about anything you'd want from board games to power tools. The highlight I'd say is that you can find a lot of women's clothes in good condition, not so much for men. We got a lot of clothes, some books and 2 board games.

This is my favourite thrift store in the Edmonton area. It is clean, organized, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have a wonderful experience every time I come!

Not sure where all the 5 star reviews are coming from but I'm going to give a realistic review. The store is nice, clean, and well organized. The pricing is greedy. For example $25 for a wine carboy manufactured in Mexico. $25.00 for a cool wooden sculpture of an eagle but it's broken. Just look around for 5 minutes you'll see some unreasonable pricing and lots of it.

Just happened to be driving past and spotted this store. I was so impressed. It is absolutely spotless and beautifully set up inside. A true gem. Great prices and a good cause. I’ll definitely be back!

I stopped in at the Mission thrift store last week. It was my first time visiting this store. I've got to say, I was impressed with the store layout Very organized. And I was impressed with how clean it was. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. I was blown away by the beautiful bag that they gave me to put my purchase in, and they didn't even ask me to pay for it. Best thrift store in Edmonton, trust me. Your friend #DataDiggerDon

I was there and I heard the "Manager " belittling the staff and then a customer said something. And she yelled at them. The selection is very good. The store that closed on Stony plain rd was managed by a memorable man. JOHN. He was always so friendly with me and heir selection of clothes and other items was awesome. The prices were always consistent

Not sure what say. An establishment gets a bad reputation if one employee is rude or unpleasant. This store has good stuff but one employee just spoilt our joy.
We drove all the way from south Edmonton to donate five black bags of my wife's clothing and handbags as we are downsizing. Most were excellent condition. A sixth black bag contained some plastic wares and containers that we don't use.
The lady who opened the door looked unfriendly from the start. And she rudely told my wife off about bringing the plastic containers. Made us take it back and made my wife carry it back to the car.
One employee can really ruin it. Our next donatations as we downsize may just have to go to a secular organization. This employee was a poor representation of a biblical based organization.
