The business name listed is MoneyGram, and I specifically needed to send money via MoneyGram from this location. Before visiting, I called them twice to confirm if they offered MoneyGram services, and they assured me they did. They even confirmed the amount and country for the transfer and mentioned that I would need to bring my ID. However, when I arrived at the location, they offered me an alternative service, possibly called Ria, which I didn’t want. This wasted my time and caused me inconvenience. It's misleading that they have MoneyGram listed on their Google Business profile when the service is not available at their shop.

Horrible... Didn't understand what I said on the phone and when I got to the store they didn't have the money I asked to hold for moneygram...
