Mitchell, Terrence and Alex, I highly recommend them. They were super sweet to my 3 children. Who loved watching them work! My toddler closely watched and was upset his 4 ft Cookie Monster teddy bear was left be hide! When Mitchell came across the teddy bear, he bought it to my youngest right away!! The happiness and joy on my son’s face. Absolutely Priceless! ?❤️

“End to end this was an AWESOME experience! I cannot see myself ever renting a moving truck again. The staff to start at both originating and end locations and booking team were all fantastic to deal with. Great communication throughout the process and did not miss a timeline or date.
Now the actual value of using the box. So much better. To start you don't have this mad rush to stuff all your stuff in a truck in the fastest amount of time to get on the road. I got 4 days to do load at a speed that was at my pace. Normally I would be hitting the road and already tired driving a big giant truck so already a risk.
I was also able to get into the Box at their office before the end destination delivery date with ease from the staff there. Asked me when I needed access and had it ready for me to take a couple of my big plants out rather than have the sitting in the dark.
Unloading was no different, 4 days to unpack as we go. Took our time and before we knew it the box was empty.
I can NEVER see myself using a moving truck again for a long distance move! EVER! Thanks BigSteelBox Company and Staff!”

The gentleman helped me quite a bit.
