“Used UPack to move from Wisconsin to Edmonton. Both the Wausau and Edmonton offices were excellent!
Ariel was very helpful in keeping me informed about the arrival of the truck to Edmonton and dealing with the customs official over email to make sure documents on UPack side were in place. Rachel helped facilitate the scheduling of the truck arrival to our house and the pick up. UPack also only charges you for the portion of the trailer that you use even if you thought you would need the whole thing. We were quoted 3x higher cost from another American company.”

“Used Big Steel Box to move recently and I am quite happy with the results. It was easy to order and delivery/pick-ups were on time! The box was clean and easy to pack. I did have some early billing, but corrected with a short phone call. Only one down side is when I requested a quote online, I did not hear back and I had to call for a quote, they may work those bugs out.”

“The move in was easy. The staff was accommodating and fast. The only problem was there was a container that blocked our access. I could still get to my storage unit but it took a little effort to back up the u-Haul to it. Other than that everything was great. I’m very happy.”

JC is a great driver, he was able to deliver it in a challenging location and pick up in extra challenging conditions. Pick up was in December and lots of snow to contend with.
