Called today to order a part. Got a lecture from one of the staff members; that I need to order parts online an not over the phone, then he hung up. Great service. I've been ordering parts over the phone for as long as I can remember. I'm not to computer savvy do to my cognitive disability I suffered from my military service. I have to return my break caliper for the core refund then I will never step foot back into that store again.

Pretty much like Bumper-to-Bumper, in that they seem to only want to service their regular business customers and have zero interest in growing new business. Checked a price on a PCV valve and they were $60, identical part on Amazon was $18. I can wait 24hrs for that kind of savings. These parts stores are dinosaurs, you’ll only find them in rural areas in a few years.

I believe the person who helped me was Kurtis. Definitely went out of their way to help me find part numbers and the materials I needed. Helpful over the phone and in person!

Rude and arrogant workers. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I didn’t get his name but it he was working November 5. Ordered spark plugs that never arrived and he was arrogant.

I called yesterday, Oct 2, 2023 at 4:19pm for a 2005 Acura TL blower motor which they had it in stock for $132. Southtown NAPA store on 104st didn't have it in but could get it there for $102. When I told their sales guy about the price difference, he was rude and was not ready to price match with their other NAPA stores.Sadly, this is my second similar experience with this store!

Wouldn’t go back if you paid me. Went in for 1 fitting. Old clerk put 0 effort into finding it for me, didn’t even take the reference I gave him to measure it or anything, flipped through about 2 pages in the binder before he gave up. Laughed at me because the adapter I gave him was offset? And refused to elaborate on what he meant and why that was a problem? I eventually found what I needed very quick and easily at another chain. I wouldn’t even go here to get a deal on oil

I'm not sure about the store in general or the other people working there, but the guy that was suppose to help me was very bad. Talked to me as if I am an idiot that knows nothing, yet when I asked him to show me he says he has never used the online platform. I will not go back to this Napa at all, and if I have to I'll make sure not to ask this guy for any assistance!

So rude. I went in for some thing so simple and Gary was done for the day. I asked for a part, he said that they don’t carry that specific brand, which is completely fine. But then wouldn’t offer me a different brand or even ask more information about the part I was looking for. He told me to go to a different store. I understand I was there 15 minutes before they were closing but he’s still could’ve at least assisted me in finding the part I needed. It wasn’t a complicated request by any means. Just very rude and wanted to go home.

The prices at part stores are getting ridiculous, you get the same part thats also made in china for a third of the price on the internet.

Napa being open on Sundays saved me today. I need my car for a road trip next Friday but last Friday my brake wear indicator started scraping. Sunday is the only convenient day I could work on my car and napa happened to have drilled rotors and pads for my car which pretty much no other stores have in stock.I've only been to napa stores a few times but the service has always been great.
