My name is Marcel. About a year ago I contacted National regarding replacing my beloved Marantz amp that was suffering from a blown right channel and a wonky selector switch. Tim got back to me and suggested that amp still had some life, bring it in and he'd give it a cleaning. It worked and I was amazed at how he gave up a potential sale to help me out. When I picked up my old amp (he only charged me $25.00 ?!?) we chatted for a while and I could tell this guy knew his stuff. Several months later my old amp had given up the ghost so I walked into National, got Tim to assist me, and walked out with a lovely new Marantz #40 amp. I'm very happy with it and the price was actually a couple hundred bucks less than online!! I'm a customer for life now! Thanks Tim.

I have been a customer of National Audio Visual on a few occasions in the past. I have always been very pleased with the products I have purchased there and the knowledgeable customer service and advice provided. I recently purchased a fairly high end TV and amplifier. Wade, (the store manager) was very patient and helpful in getting things configured and working perfectly. I find that all of the staff at this business are very cordial, knowledgeable and helpful. I am more than pleased with the quality and performance of the products recently sold to me, at a very fair price. You will never get any where near this kind of service and attention to detail from a box store. I highly recommend this store if you are in the market for audio/visual components.

I bought my first home theater system from National AV back in 1997! Speakers were Boston Acoustic, with built-in powered amps for the subwoofers. But over time, electronics will degrade (26 years is pretty good!). Even though Boston Acoustics went out of business some years ago, Wade at National AV did a fantastic job in researching how to rebuild the amplifiers, sourced the upgraded parts, and arranged the repairs. Speakers sound better than ever! Thanks, Wade!!

I had originally purchased an A/V receiver and Monitor Audio towers somewhere in the neighborhood of 10 years ago. My wife and I went back yesterday, We poked around a little before Mr. Wade Church asked if we could use a hand. Needless to say the shop looks great, the service is still as good as I remember it all those years ago, friendly well informed staff. Got a new audio toy for home. It was a lot of fun, we will be back

James and Sam were excellent to deal with, we purchased a whole home amplifier for our house with multiple zones. James was excellent at communicating and finding a fit. And Sam was great when I went to the store to pick it up. My only regret is that I forgot to enter the monthly draw before I left! As for the Juke amp I will be installing it this weekend and I’m sure it will meet my expectations. These guys know their stuff.
