Went shopping in this store and bought a lot of shoes and clothes as gifts to my family and friends. PRAJ assisted me during those two days no matter how busy he was or the store was. He made sure to help me if I need anything. His professionalism and positive attitude towards his customers is truly commendable. It's rare to find this kind of employee! Nike should give this man a recognition and a raise for always going above and beyond! I always go to the Nike store by the Airport Edmonton, but my experience with Praj made me a loyal customer now of this location (South Common)! And oh! I actually brought some friends with me on the second day and they were amazed with the top notch service they received from Raj! Thanks Raj for making our shopping experience a memorable one! ? Your genuine concern to your clients needs,attentiveness, positive personality and outstanding customer service, truly made a positive impact in our shopping experience. I always feel good to go to Nike store at south common. Faculty members always give warm welcome to the customers. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Soul is so humble and has knowledge of the customer service. I highly recommend this business.
