Unfortunate outcome:
- Sales department was very communicative and apologetic which is appreciated.
- We could not test drive the vehicle (used) being out of town but were assured everything worked perfectly and no significant damage. An inspection was also apparently completed.
- Unfortunately in the first few drives we noticed two blown speakers, hail damage on the roof, liftgate button completely inoperable, two tires underinflated and no washer fluid.
Definitely a disappointing situation but, a risk we took purchasing from out of province.
We were told to take the car into Ford and they would asses what is covered under warranty. Not an ideal solution.
At this point, hoping to get the car fixed and trade it in.
Update: They have committed to making it right which apparently is the manager "Shawn" trying to upsell us into another vehicle and framing the GST savings (its a trade) as a dealer concession. Ick

Was looking online for a new truck, found one at Northgate gm, Nikolai contacted me and made a sale. He was very good and found exactly what we wanted for a great price. From the start to end he was great to deal with. Sandra in finance had everything ready for when we arrived. Would highly recommend Northgate for anyone looking for a vehicle

Used to be good here. Now service workers are jedi masters of avoiding work.
I ordered a replacement bulb from the internet and the educated service guy said everything possible that could happen if they put it in.
I said I can do it myself but my car was in for service and you could save me some time
Absolutely not!!!!!
The only way I was going to save time was from wasting my energy pleading with the service scholar who was explaining to me how a light bulb can destroy a computer.
I'm a computer engineer of 25 years

Chris at Parts is not helpful and rude person I’ve ever talk in my whole life when it comes to dealership.he quoted me 11hundred for the front pads and rotors.like seriously?2014 gmc savana front pads and rotors worth 11hundred???i don’t think your fit on that job looks like you don’t know what your saying.

All staff that we dealt with were really great - the best dealership I have ever been to. Wanted to genuinely take care of us and listened to what we were looking for. No pressure felt and was such an easy process to get our vehicle! Even though we are from out of town, would definitely consider driving to Edmonton to deal with them again.
