“Jennifer was incredibly helpful and kind, running back and forth to the warehouse to find hardware for me, and when they were out of stock of the knobs I wanted she spent 15 minutes with me looking through other options. Jennifer deserves 5 stars, however the store gets 4 due to their limited supply of hardware.”
“The employees and cat friends here are absolutely lovely. Knowledgable, flexible, and very very kind. It is amazing how affordable they are as well.Came here to get my Monstera plant split into 2 different pots as it was “leaning” to one side and at constant risk of tipping over to its demise.Staff were very helpful and communicative. They repotted my monsteras carefully and gently, and im happy to report the began to thrive after i brought them back home I have some more root-bound plants that i plan to get support from here as soon as they re-open ”
