Had a great experience with Sam helping me and my girlfriend get ski goggles and helmets, she answered every question we had and helped us find great stuff. She was so patient with us even when more customers came to the store and made time to help all of us, amazing customer service!!

My boyfriend and I spent quite a long time finding our perfect helmets and goggles (especially me as it was my first time purchasing ski gear) but Sam was incredibly patient with us and went looking countless times in the back for more colour options. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with my new gear and I could 100% recommend coming here to have Sam help you!! Even though she continued to help the other customers in the store, she always came back to check on us :))

I received excellent service from Antonio at Oakley West Edmonton Mall. He worked with me until we both had a good understanding of what exactly would be most suitable for my gift recipient. And, he folded the t-shirts to perfection 😊 Very attentive, patient, understanding. An unusual delightful shopping experience.
