Wonderful selection with great prices! Popped in here with my hubby to pick up some dress pants, and Noelle was SO helpful! She made the trip super easy, and went above and beyond with her service to make things super easy for us! Definitley recommend, super great selection, friendly staff, and great prices!

Don't buy from Old Navy. I've bought a few thousand dollars of merchandise in the last 3 years. I found their return policy good, until my latest purchase. I bought some clothing for a girlfriend who'd lost a lot of weight due to having cancer. 2 shirts didn't work and I returned them today, only to be told the return was "late". I literally bought the clothing (hundreds of dollars) about 6 weeks ago and 2 shirts didn't fit, but i can't return 2 out of 20 or so items I purchased? BAD FORM. Rotten of you to change your policies making it more difficult for customers. That's the last time I'll shop there. I'll find a retailer who appreciates my money. It should be about My history, nothing else. I was a valued shopper (I think). But I'm done with places where no exceptions are made for us.

Came in to old navy looking for some polos and cargo pants, and had a young gentlemen come up to me. I think his name was Gurjot normally I don’t remember names but he helped me in everyone possible. He showed me all the polos and cargo pants they had. Made sure I knew where the fitting room was. Also always had a smile on his face. He also signed me up for the loyalty program they had. Which helped me earn points. He helped me in every way he could. One of the best experiences as a customer I ever had. Thank you a lot Gurjot if you read this.

Came in to get some new clothes and had Gurjot helping. Had great conversation with him. He was really helpful and knowledgeable about all of the selections on clothes and had a great experience. Please give the kid a rase 18c is not a raise to keep him he is a vital team member for the store.

I always visit Old Navy whenever I get a chance. This store has a variety of causal dresses for adults and kids. Many items are on sale now. Products quality is good and price is reasonable. This store is big with many sections. Very well organized and decorated. Washroom is neat and clean. They also have drinking water fountains and bottles filling station. Staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of parking lots in mall parking area including disabled parking. Highly recommend to try this store.

Best customer service that I’ve seen! You can tell they want to help you.Overheard the Associate keep asking a lady what size and color she wanted. Have her advice for what would go with what. If she preferred a bodysuit or something else. They were really kind and sooo helpful!Checking out was so easy and the Associate helping me was so kind!Also the store is clean and organized!Love this place and want to go back again!

Nothing for men here. Unless you are a 130 pound teenager, whatever they do have won't fit you anyway. Only slim fit shirts in the whole store. It is sad to see this fashion trend exclude the vast majority of the male population. Old Navy used to have something for everyone but not anymore.
