Gurnoor and Jasdeep were amazing! Jasdeep helped me in the dressing room, and was even kind enough to look around the store for a top that would fit the way I wanted. I know I can be demanding sometimes, but they were very accommodating and served with empathy and understanding. I felt welcomed and taken care of. At the check out counter, I had a minor issue with payment, and Gurnoor handled it very professionally— she let me know that she can put my items on hold, saving me time as I wouldn’t need to find all my items again. She also did not make it a big deal, which I really appreciated. Gurnoor was also very kind and relateable but still focused, as she held an interesting convo while checking out my items, and even double checked to make sure that everything was correct :)! She also price matched with online deals, which made me really happy as it made me feel like she had my best interest in mind (we love a cashier with integrity💜). This was my first time ever shopping at old navy and it is my new favourite store— not only because of the styles, but MAINLY because of the staff. Overall, all the staff at the Old Navy manning location were super impressive, and I’ve never met a more dynamic and effective team. Super cool people, super awesome deals, super great styles (for both petites and plus sizes!). Will recommend to anyone!

Family Day hours on Google Maps and website incorrect

So, your Google hours say you're open at 9 today but you aren't. I called head office to get them to fix it. Your store was the only store that had what I wanted so I made the drive from the other side of the city to pick up. Since your hours on Google said 9 am I went then so I could go before work. I couldn't call to confirm hours as you were closed.

I went to Old Navy on Manning Cr. to buy baby clothes, I was impressed with the overall organization of the store, the great selection and good prices. Jori was extremely helpful, they helped me pick the perfect outfits for baby girls. Jori has exquisite taste and a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.I live by St. Albert but I will definitely go out of my way to shop at Manning Old Navy. I like Old Navy stores overall, but this is the best Old Navy I have been to in Edmonton. Thank you Jori, my friend absolutely LOVED the outfits, I did not take credit, I told her it was all you!
