I came to WEM old navy after having an awful experience at the 137th location.Olena was so sweet and kind and helped me find the right fit of outfits for my son. She was welcoming and chatted with me for a few minutes.Matthew, a manager, was amazing and did everything he could to rectify the incident that occurred at the other location. He was kind, patient, and went above and beyond.The general manager, Janelle, was amazing too and you can tell she takes pride in her team and trains them well.What a wonderful location!

I was here and I asked one of the staff named Bianca who was on floor and I asked her if they had any jumpsuits and I didn't find anything that was in my style and after I left to go look around she kept on looking even though I was somewhere in the store and she found something and she found me and asked me if this was what I was looking for and the jumpsuit I found was perfect and I was still there looking at jewelry with my grandma and my grandma and me were trying on rings and my grandma got one of the rings stuck on her finger and Bianca was coming by and she saw it was stuck on my grandma's finger and she was about to call someone but then my grandma got the ring off her finger and everyone her is helpful so I do recommend going here.

Used to love shopping here. Went in yesterday for the first time in over a year and was incredibly disappointed with the lack of sizing. If you're bigger than a 10/12 you'll have a hard time finding anything. Walked out pretty quickly due to it.
