Every time I’ve come here it is the most unwelcome environment.
Nobody who works there smiles, they always look unhappy and they seem less than thrilled to have you in there.
Not to mention I brought in numerous boxes of baby and toddler clothes including full sets, shoes, toys and they barely take any of it. I went through all those clothes and made sure what I brought was in great shape ( literally the same state the stuff they sell already) I labeled it all made it super easy to go through. Just for them to take a handful of items then messily put the rest in the boxes. It’s extremely annoying.
After all that I won’t be coming back here, they couldn’t even be bothered to say “thank you” or “have a good day”, “stay warm” when I was leaving. They were about as cold as the weather outside.

I’m not sure if it was the manager who we spoke when we came there, but it was a gay who were so rude to the customer.
Also notice he’s also rude to his staffs. Don’t ever comeback to the place again. Except from being unorganized, its also dirty.

The staff was super helpful today when I popped in, and their handy little carts perfectly fit a car seat! The lovely staff even packed my clothes within clothes because I forgot my bags. And THEN they helped me out to my car. Just a little jam packed in there, they could really use a bigger place. Pretty efficient use of the space they have though👍

We have always found what we go for. The savings are great if you’re on a budget. The staff have always been friendly and chatty. My only wish is that it was a bigger store. It’s a bit overwhelming and you feel like you can’t see everything the best but the prices make up for it.

I was at this location today . I got a text regarding a sale for sleep 4/10$. They also had a sign posted on their door advertising the sale still 4/10$. So I bought 4 sleepers and paid and left figuring that the discount was added. When I got home and checked my receipt to notice it wasn’t added. Called the store and ended up talking to my cashier who told me that they won’t honour the sale even though there was signage up still promoting it. The attitude was unreal. I wouldn’t mind so much if there wasn’t signage up on the door promoting it when you walked in but if you have signage up and sale ended 2 days ago you should be honouring that price to that one customer who points it out. I’ll go to the other location before coming back if staff/managers are like this.

The staff are very nice but don't sell anything if it's good quality because it is a complete rip-off when you sell toys that are in Immaculate condition here. They'll give you a $1.50 for a PAW Patrol unit in Immaculate condition with all of the figurines and then turn around and sell it for $35 plus dollars. Huge rip off!!!!

Definitely my favorite place to buy baby clothes, and a good way to make a few extra bucks when my kids outgrow things. Yeah not every employee there is bursting with enthusiasm, but if I spent all day being complained at by people for stupid reasons, I wouldn't be either

This place is alright...Customer service is variable depending on who you get. Some employees are quite cheerful but others are not particularly welcoming which makes me not want to be in the store. I understand they’re there to do their job, but part of the job is customer service which can make a big difference for attracting buyers like myself. The store itself is small and crowded which makes it difficult to get around if you need to push a stroller. If there was more space, I would be much more willing to shop around.Re: buying: There is a decent selection of used items in fair to new condition. I like when they have occasional sales/promos as you can get items for very cheap or even free! I'm just not really able to shop here conveniently with my little one as I can't move around very easily with a stroller.Re: selling: It's convenient to be able to get paid in cash immediately for what they will take! For this reason, you aren't paid much as they take care of the selling portion of the item. I still feel they pay very little for what you sell. For example, most board books in very good or like new condition get $0.30 which ranges from 0.15% to 3% of the retail price in my experience. If you have the time, you may get much more selling off FB Marketplace. Gently used newborn SwaddleMe sleepsacks get $1.80 here (if I remember right) but I’ve easily sold them within a week for $5 on FB Marketplace. It is still a convenient way of reducing waste while earning some money if you do not have time to sell the items yourself. Also, when I had called beforehand, the employee I spoke with said to keep the batteries in the toys, and that they’ll return all the batteries to me afterwards. Unfortunately I forgot to ask about this when I picked up my bin and they had kept all the batteries…Just a minor detail to keep in mind especially if you use rechargeable batteries!

I wish I could give zero reviews to these people . Extremely rude and arrogant . It was my first time going there for selling toys and clothes .. they were so rude as we ended up putting the toys in a garbage bag and I wasn’t familiar with the way they take toys . Waste of time , they sent us back to put all the toys in separate cartons . It’s better to sell the toys on marketplace

Went to sell some items for the first time and was very disappointed with the whole experience. Associates were all very rude. No friendly greeting and no friendly demeanour. I explained I had never sold to them before and the associate didn’t explain the process and seemed annoyed that I didn’t know what to do. They purchased a few items but prices were disappointing and very “low ball”. Overall, store looked dirty and disorganized. I won’t be back to this location to sell or purchase.
