The company was very polite in communication. However their distributors should be more transparent about what the wait time would be before ordering; 3-6 months wait for shears.

Dino, Laurie & Team are great to work with! They have been a long-time supporter of Skills Canada, which is a great cause promoting Skilled Trades and technology careers to youth in Canada. I could not recommend Dino & Team enough.

I ordered shears at a hair show in Toronto. But from Alberta. I was shipped the shears to my house and they are from Alberta I got charged Ontario tax which was 100.00 and called leaving messages as that is not legal and they keep ignoring my calls.
