If there was anything less than 0 stars I would give this store that. Today was Black Friday and I walked into Pandora to purchase a Christmas gift for my friend. We went there and two associates were helping customers so I just stood there and kept looking around. I and my brother were interested to look at some bracelets. We saw an associate on the separate desk in the store and we ourselves walked up to her to ask if she could help us. She was just breaking cardboard boxes upon asking for assistance she made a really bad face at us. She walked to the bracelet section and said which one do you want to see. So we asked her to take out a couple and she was just so frustrated in doing her job. I asked her for the price of one of the bracelets and she said you can look it up online. I was confused and asked her so you will not tell us the price we have to look online for the price. She said ya because I will look online too so you can just look it up for yourself. I politely spoke to her and told her that I understand it’s going to be a busy day and I truly respect the fact that you are here assisting us but this is not the way customer service is done as I work in customer service too. But even then she was throwing an attitude at me so I just picked my stuff and left.In the spirit of the season and the shared experience of working in customer service, I had hoped for a more positive interaction. Regrettably, I left the store without making a purchase, feeling undervalued as a customer. It's a reminder that, especially during the holiday rush, a little empathy and kindness go a long way in creating a positive shopping experience.

Staff was really rude, didn’t help my friend and I for over 20 minutes and it wasn’t even busy. Didn’t even acknowledge we were there and say they would help us any time soon. Terrible customer service.

Didn't like the service. I have purchased and received many gifts from Pandora. Whenever I tell the sales person(always Southgate location), it is a gift they pack it so beautifully. IT was my first and last time at Kingsway, I told her that can you pack in a better way, she told me this is how we pack. I didn't like the packing, I told her she could have done something or just redo the same to make it better. But she didn't do anything. Very disappointed.

Needed to do an exchange and it was busy. Fair, I was willing to wait. However Mary who was serving another customer - refused to acknowledge my presence even though I stood there for 20 minutes. She did not have a problem greeting other customers who happened to walk in after me though, even apologizing for the wait and telling them she would be with them as soon as she could. Made me feel real great ?? maybe Mary needs a lesson in customer service. The other clerk, Nanazia (apologies I don’t think I’m spelling her name correctly) was amazing and super friendly. Like I said, I was here to do a gift exchange- I have no interest in shopping here even though my grandma and nieces seem to love it and will never ever shop here again.

I had such a blast shopping with Pandora’s associate Bailey . She listened to what I was looking for and immediately picked the absolute perfect bracelet. ❤️ I was so happy that I had to get the matching earrings! Thank you Bailey for being so awesome! Looking forward to seeing you again. ✌️??

Very helpful staff. Not much selection of rings for young teen boys. The sales person was friendly, professional and gave us her utmost attention.

While I do appreciate the selection of their jewelries here, I find that some of the girls that work here can be a bit standoffish. I find that the WEM location was a lot more welcoming and enthusiastic. Other than that, I’m happy with the purchase I made from this store.

honestly, way over priced just because of brand - but it's still very cute and classic jewellery. customer service is not the best though. you can't even return an item properly lol; bought something from wem but could not return it at kingsway, only get store credit. also didn't enjoy one of the ladies complaining that we didn't buy more things smh, we already did business with you, pretty ignorant to complain that we didn't buy more.

This review is specific to the manager of the kingsway mall edmonton branch. In all my years of working and shopping retail, I have not met a more rude and arrogant manager than the manager at pandora kingsway mall. she speaks down to all customers and refuses to help in any way. the staff at this branch are all lovely and I've actually had to tell them "if you can't help me please refrain from calling your manager, I would rather drive to a different location than have to deal with her attitude.It's a shame this review is for 1 star, because everyone else at the store is helpful and cheerful, while their manager instantly causes the mood of the place to become gloomy when she opens her mouth.

The girl called Jennie is rude. My mom went there after she went a week ago and asked for help because her bracelet kept breaking and so everything falls apart. My mom just asked, not complain. Jennie kept saying things like "no warranty!" and the manager was rude too (that's what my mom told me, I don't remember everything but the workers kept being rude and said no warranties or something). So my mom just returned all the charms and went to WEM's Pandora which was better.

I went to the Kingsway store to get a charm exchanged that I received for Christmas. They pointed out that I only had till end of January. There was nothing they could do. Spoke to the store manager, Samaria, she said "It's my job to care". They were very rude there. I will not shop there again.
