I have been to Pandora to buy a ring for my family but I see something wierd on the floor where one of the staffs shirt was wide open and the guy was wearing a black coloured shirt. I felt some how it was so unprofessional. I just returned without buying anything...so I request the management to have your staff dress professionally whole serving your customers. Date : 11/19/2024 at 4pm.

I was at this location on November 10, 2024 around 5pm just an hour before close. It was not busy as there was just one other customer being helped by an associate and an additional 4 associates just hanging and talking at the cash register. I was not greeted or acknowledged during my visit. I slowly circled around the store looking at all the display cases TWICE hoping someone would assist, as I was looking for some rose gold bracelets options. I finally left the store as I felt so unwelcomed and uncomfortable and when I turn back to look into the store I can see all the 4 assoicates glaring through the window. It was not a pleasant experience as I was hoping for a more positive outcome. It will be difficult to recommend this place as I don't want anyone to feel this way when going shopping.

Me and my best friend came here to just shop, but ended up buying so much from ocean!! She is truly an asset to this store and company!
She made this experience amazing. I Live in Calgary and bounce between the two cities I will only shopping here and only to deal with her ❤️

I bought earrings a month ago. But they did not close well and were broken as soon as I opened them. The next day, she went to the store with a request to change the earrings. To which the consultant looked at the earrings, touched something there and said that everything was fine. To which I said that they do not close and fall. His answer was that everything is fine. I returned home upset and decided not to wear them. I wore it once yesterday and this earring got lost, it just flew away and now I don't know where it is. Very disappointed with the store. Since I have a lot of jewelry, a ring, a bracelet, and another ring. But this time the staff was not friendly. And they couldn't help me with the problem, for which I just spent money nowhere..very sad

Pandora is going down. I felt like it is a scam. I have bought a lot of things from here and its advertised as free lifetime cleaning. But recently, I brought my earrings to store for cleaning they refused to do it because they only have 1 machine. They just wanted you to buy their cheap cleaning solution that is just soap and baking powder etc. that you can easily make at home. It is a wrong advertisement that it is free lifetime cleaning. They did the cleaning before but now they just want to sell stuffs and didnt do the promises. There are like 4 representatives there just standing there talking, they are not looking happy when customers coming in. They are losing customers...

There are multiple reviews here of the lack of customer service. I had the same issue as many other reviews so obviously they don't care and are not interested in increasing sales. One woman was training a guy in service... ignored me the whole time and then served someone else who walked in after me. Wow great job... you lost any future sales! Edit: when Pandora says call us at 1800 because we want to talk about it ... is a joke!

Angela is the best, I came with my grandparents to choose some pendants for my birthday and her customer service was so amazing!! She let us take our time, didn’t pressure us, and overall was super helpful. The reason I’m giving two stars is they don’t have any options in 14k necklace chains. There was only one option which was super fragile and there warranty only covered if the necklace broke due to manufacturer problems which I found ridiculous. If I’m going to spend almost $500 on a chain, I’d expect the warranty to be better. Long story short I bought a chain from Peoples across from Pandora who offered me way more options plus there warranty is lifetime no matter if it breaks or rusts or what not. I’d recommend Pandora for the charms but definitely not for the chains.

If you do an online order and do an in-store pickup, YOU CAN RETURN IT IN STORE. This was confirmed by Pandora customer service as I’m still waiting on a refund 3 weeks after mailing it back thanks to the shady salesperson who told me I was definitely not allowed to return it in store.

Southgate pandora Gift receipt scamWent to this location with a gift receipt and the gift which my wife got from a friend. The sales person/manager -Jess accepted the gift receipt and told me that its value is $80 and we can exchange my gift for that price or pay the difference.My wife selected a earrings and decided to exchange my gift for those and play the difference of $7.99After a few days we went back to try something else as my wife found the earrings too small . To my surprise then, present manager Alfred and Sales person Angela ( Date- 10th March,2024 time-5.00 pm -5.30 pm) said that your gift receipt only had a value of $40 and not $80 and that the previous sales person made a mistake and I can now only exchange the earnings with something of same value i.e $40 or pay the difference .They just declared it to me that my gift receipt was only valued at $40 and made stories about the previous transaction and devalued my gift to $40 instead of $80.They took my original gift receipt and made stories about the receipt I had after my first purchase/transaction and didn’t let me exchange it of the same original gift receipt value which was $80.Never going back.
