I went in today to purchase a birthday gift for my girlfriend, and despite being with a customer, Sarah (i believe) greeted me, found the first item i wanted, and immediately went back to helping her customers after asking another associate, Eliza, for assistance. Eliza and Emma were super helpful to me. They answered any questions I had, explained the deals they had on while shopping, and were very patient while i was making my decisions. They gave me multiple options for what I was looking for, which ultimately helped narrow down my choices as a whole. They were awesome, thanks so much!

We experienced terrible customer service at this location. I brought my bracelet and charms on Thursday 22 August from Southgate location they by mistaken give same charms twice. I just wanna return that and buy any ring. I am in WEM on this Thursday and decided to go to pandora. The lady whose name is Nayda was working there. She was extremely rude and unprofessional,unhelpful. Agrue on returning a charm. Never come back here nor recommend any.
She need to learn some manners.

Bad customer service and rude managers at West Edmonton Mall location.Pandora stores try to rip you off ,you buy a charm or whatever and it get broken they can't replace because of stupid policy and fix when chain it's broken, then don't sell cheap or weak products ,whatever they are made and lie customers.Never gonna buy pandora again better go to a different store .Even my friends..Shame ..

Great customer service. I called them and requested to save for me a pair of moon rings, and was really happy to see them in a couple of hours as she said she saved it for me. After a few months, this earring started to fall off because of the clips.

I love this place. The staff and selections are fabulous. The prices ate varied so the shopper has a choice on how much they want to spend. I will return for my next gift giving.

Kim is amazing. I went at Pandora WEM and bought gifts for myself and family members. Kim took her time and showed me the charms and bracelets that I was interested in. 100% satisfied with her customer service.

Fantastic customer service. I took my charm bracelet to be cleaned and they did an awesome job. It looked brand new when she returned it. I ended up buying 3 charms because of the wonderful customer service
