I visited the restaurant this evening and my order was wrong.When I called, I was told that I was wrong and that "for sure" they got the order correct.There was very little to no attempt to do the right thing.I am no longer a customer of Papa John's and am disappointed in the lack of service.

Yowza! Seriously had the best pizza experience from this location! Cooked perfectly. Taste was on point. Felt they really stepped up to send out the best pizza ever. Obviously will order again. ???

They were so good when they first opened but have been going down hill.I ordered pizza yesterday and never mind the pizza just tasting like a brick of cheese but the guy who delivered was having troubles with his debit machine and we only had $50 bill and he kept telling us he had no change until standing there almost 10 minutes trying to figure out how to pay for the pizza, the delivery driver finally pulled change out of his wallet and put pizza was cold by then.

I placed an order at this place through Skip the dishes but I made a mistake with the address. I put NW instead of SW. We contacted Skip customer service right away but no response from them yet. So we thought of calling Papa John's to sought help. I talked to one of the worker and told her the situation and asked if she can tell our Skip driver that the address was wrong and if she can help us and tell the driver the correct address. But she said she can't do it. She can't do it??? And she's going to get in trouble, in trouble for what???? Trying to help your customer???? So I guess we're not going to Papa John's Pizza anymore and cheese will not recommend it to my family and friends.

We placed an order via the website directly with Papa Johns. We don't often order out for pizza but tonight was the night. When the order arrives we noticed that it looked like the driver had dropped it or put it on it's side. The pizza was cold and it had shifted and piled to one side of the box and the garlic butter from the knots was all over both boxes. After some time trying to find who to call to rectify the issue we got someone at this store. Whomever answered the phone doesn't know what customer service is. He didn't seem to understand why this was an issue and said he'd call me back after speaking with his driver. Clearly he thought I was trying to take advantage so I offered to text pictures, which I did. We waited and waited and my wife and I each had a piece because it had now been 45-minutes since our dinner had arrived. Finally the man called back and said they'd replace the order as long as we hadn't eaten any of it. I advised that we had and that pleasantly shifted the situation to the "sorry for your luck" scenario. I advised the man that this was poor customer service and I would be taking the issue up with Papa Johns corporate. Perhaps someone there will know the value of a guest and how a simple remake can pay off in dividends over the lifetime of a customer versus negative feedback like this.

This branch has the worst customer service. We ordered my favourite pizza, only to find out when we got home it was the wrong pizza. So I called, to tell them that they gave me the wrong one. Nupur the person who answered insisted that she gave the right one and said she confirmed it, but as i recall after the order she only said 15 to 20 mins without confirming our order. And when I asked for a manager, she said there is no available manager, just call the next day .So, what good is the pizza that i want if I can’t get it right away. Eat what they wrongly served? She didn’t even apologize, she just insisted that she gave the right order.I’d give this branch a no star!What an experience.

Unfortunately this is the closest location and I'd rather order and drive to other locations. ALWAYS skimp on the toppings in comparison to other locations. I'd rather give those other my business.

Ordered a pizza tonight from the app. When it said it was ready for pickup i walked over and they looked confused and said it wasn’t ready. The next customer walked in same problem wrong order. Then the two workers started fighting and arguing with each other. Cursing and such. At this time I asked again about my order and could tell it hadn’t been started. To i left and walked home empty handed and hungry. This place needs proper management ?

Always cheese on top instead of others that do it the opposite way. Pizza is delicious and done right. Staff are nice and location is clean. Lots of free parking. I always come to this location only! Plus they always have

Their delivery drivers could use a reminder that handicap parking is not there for their personal convenience. They are parked in it everytime I walk by.

This is for delivery service from the 6625 25 Ave SW Edmonton location.Overall the food was good as usual. What was very bad was that the food was cold due to no notice of early delivery.Yes, the standard "no contact" was built into the online ordering; however, in all cases in the past, the delivery person did knock/ring the doorbell to let us know the food was here. Yes, we order too much food delivery.Today, the order was delivered about 20 mins ahead of the earliest expected time. I did not check until about 10 minutes after the latest expected time to allow for late delivery.Found the pizza/food had been sitting outside close to the front steps for about 40 minutes after checking the doorbell camera.The deliver person is seen unloading the food onto the area close to the front step and leaving. No notice of delivery at all.First time this has happened to give some credit but this has has put a bad taste about deliver from this location.--from the response, I will complete the feedback as indicated. Thank you.

Ordered food at 7pm. Understandable this is a long weekend and things are busy but it took over 2 hours to get to the step, from only blocks away. Their debit machine wouldn’t work even after hooking up to the house wifi. The driver was trying everything to help but the manager made it clear not to leave the food despite the long wait and error on their end. Didn’t even receive the food and now it’s gone to waste and we’re still hungry. 0/10. Would not recommend for a new neighbourhood business. If there was less than 1-star rating, they would get it. I was understandably upset and hangry, but tipped the poor driver for trying to appease me after the manger clearly instructed him to not leave us food. Welcome to the neighbourhood.
