Visited PCL Auto 3 days in a row and on the third drove away in a beauty of a deal. We tried PCL because of the ratings we saw then when we went on the first day my wife goes if they jump down our necks trying to sell us everything on the lot we should be ready to run. Well that didn't happen and yet we were able to ask anyone on the lot a question and we got a full answer without any bull. Straight answers to our question. Found a great car. Came back the next day to test drive and bought it after, which was a Sunday and came on Monday to take it home. One part was missing off bumper and we made an inquiry about it and they said they would get it for me. Well Tuesday rolls around and I forgot to ask about little cosmetic part thus I thought I would just buy it from a dealer and low and behold they call me to come in and get the part. They just got it delivered to the dealership. They follow through with what they say they are going to do. Great family run business with very nice approachable team. Highly recommend doing business with PCL Auto.

Always thought small car shops were sketchy. I was wrong. PCL Auto was a wonderful surprise. They were professionals. No pressure, gave solid answers, admitted small oversight. Gave suggestions where to purchase 2nd key fob. Would recommend.

response to owner's response to my 1 star rating. first, you looked up "Newton's Ghost" in your database? LOL. seriously? Secondly, I did complain three times. you sent my car to your mechanic 2x. your mechanic, who seems to own your car lot, damaged my car when he inspected it, and didn't `put it back together' (see photos). furthermore, the warning light on my dash, which is why i was there, he said (at first), that light is normal, don't worry about it. when i said it wasn't normal and i'd like the problem being caused by the light fixed (which was under your warranty), he became belligerent and yelled, and then told me there was no warning light, as he was looking at it and smirking. he thought it was funny to mock his customers and refused to help me. then when i returned to you, you had talked to him, and he told you the car was fine ... and given you could see the red warning light as well, you returned the car with the same problem and told me to leave. you have quite a scam going with that mechanic of yours. mechanic was kaz solution auto. do you now remember them chadi? given i was not going to be helped by you, i fixed the car myself by changing the sensor. and guess what? the light went out. why did my car have to go to kaz solution auto 2x and he refused to fix it both times. the first time i left the car with you and you took it to him. it returned without being fixed. the second time you refused to take it to him and you told me to. and he refused to fix it and denied the warning light my dash. so i fix it myself, but he did more than nothing to my car, he damaged the body of my car under the wheel well when he inspected the sensor and leak. i mean, it's pretty egregious. see the damning pics. why was he screaming at me that the warning light didn't exist? and when i asked him to check the car because of the light, why would he scream at me again? and then when he took the car (for 5 minutes) he returned it with body damage. and to clarify, while it only took him 5 minutes to damage my car, he made me wait for over an hour to look at it.
