We’ve been stopping by Pet Planet in Riverbend Square lately to pick up treats for our dog, and it’s always a great experience! The store is spacious with a huge variety of pet products to choose from. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and provide excellent service every time. Highly recommend this location for all your pet needs!

Lindsey did such an amazing job on my Pyrenees X, she was comfortable with him and worked really fast! It's been a few months since his appointment and his long fur is still clogging up my vacuum significantly less than ever before! Thanks Lindsey, we will be back!

I normally like this store and staff. I take both my dogs for grooming though last time she cut off all his whiskers on one side and left them long on the other side. I was asked if I’d like to tip before I even saw my dog( that makes people feel they have to)…and when I phoned a few days later to complain she said I asked for a shaved head and they always cut the whiskers. Dogs and cats need their whiskers. Also his two front legs weren’t cut. I didn’t even mention that. The rest of him looked good but she was indifferent on the phone. I don’t like that there are no viewing windows to see your dog either, it’s all behind closed doors.

Staff is always helpful. Recently my kitty has gotten fussy about her food so I needed to bring back a bunch I bought and they were really good about exchange it . Highly recommend.

This store has always been out go to since 2017 ish. From just picking up cat food, to now getting advice, recommendations and grooming services for our new puppy. These people are always willing to help and are super friendly. Thank you always for being such a great business.

May 15, 2024 came into the store- door was unlocked. Nobody said hello or any other comment. When I came up to the cash register I got "told" that the store is not open yet! I asked- should I come back in 3 mins( it was 8:57 )? Answer was No but I got "told with an attitude" that next time I should know! I've been coming to this location for long time and I do not appreciate this kind of attitude or treatment. I would like the mm manager to give me a call if possible please.

Unfortunately I don’t think I can recommend this location for a groom. Staff were very kind and helpful in general but when I asked for the tail to be trimmed I didn’t expect it to come out uneven and disproportionate. We also discussed trimming a bit off his body, leaving more than half his previous length (we talked about liking shagginess) but it was mostly shaved off. They also strangely asked for a tip before I had seen my dog.

I Always like coming here and supporting smaller businesses when I can. Staff is friendly and willing to help out when needed! Good selection, and if you don't have something in stock, an associate is always willing to take it up with management. Thank you guys!
