Got a hamster here , and the lady that helped us was very very friendly and helpful , let us play with the kitten and then their birds , was cool and helped get set up with our hamster , got him a new cage and everything else he needed , she definitely deserves a raise ! 🙃

Absolutely ridiculous do no workers work here? Had to wait so long to pay for my heavy bag of food there is no reason I should have had to wait. MAKE QUICK WORK NEXT TIME OR IM GOING ABOVE THE MANAGER EVEN IF IT TAKES MONTHS OR YEARS.

Great customer service. Staff is knowledgeable. Bulk products were reasonably priced, but have jumped up in price. The membership card is useless and does not give discount on many items.

My last two visits were extremely disappointing. When I asked for help, no one assisted me at all. When I asked why, the response was simply, “just because.” For the second time, I had to drive to a different location where everything went smoothly. I don’t understand why the attitude of the staff has changed so drastically — it used to be much better.

Came here to pick up a couple of birds and they have 20 minutes left and said it was too late and was denied service by a Caucasian girl and a woman in a hijab just standing doing nothing. I have 5 millions viewers in google, I encourage my viewers to avoid this location.

I have always used this location for many yrs never an issue
I went this week to purchase a fish decided once I was there since they had a sale on glow tetras I would like to purchase the guy in the fish department wouldn’t sell them to me saying my tank is too small which I just had a tetra that was bigger then the ones they had. So I had to go to the Sherwood park location and ended up purchasing a betta instead since they had them crammed into small fish bowls with plants in them I will always use the sherwood park petlamd from now on closer to my house anyways

Not coming back to purchase a single thing at this store, at first it was great and I purchased COUNTLESS items providing these people their damn wages and now I go in for a nail trim on my bunnies, that accidentally peed, and they make me clean it up? What kind of customer service is this? Is this not a pet store? Do they not clean up after the pets in the store? Unreal. Temporarily boycotting petland.
