Iāve been coming here for years and have been doing the refillable litter for a couple years.
Months ago they blamed a new system and said that I had to lift the 15/20lbs cat litter to their counter in order to scan it. There counter is so high that it requires me to have to lift my hands to eye level.
Then someone got a great idea and had the code preprinted on the till.
Today I was told I had to lift it up on the counter again. I politely asked why as it was in the till like every time Iāve been coming in. He told me itās not and itās the system. I did ask why I had to at this location when in Windermere I didnāt have too, I was then told they have a different system.
Well that different system wins my business.

I love that they still have small pets here, including birds. However, I wish they were priced closer to market price so that they found homes a little faster! I mostly come here for bird toys and am really happy with the selection, although I wish they would bring more new stuff in more regularly as I feel bad buying my birds the same toys again and again

Highly recommend for a birthday party. From start to finish, Petland went above and beyond to make my daughterās 7th birthday celebration unforgettable. The price for a birthday party is very reasonable, it is easy to book and the entire team is very informative. It is a private room with several tables, chairs, a fridge and a counter/sink for easy serving of food/cake after the presentation.
We had the absolute best experience thanks to Stewie. Her energy, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out.
She greeted us upon arrival and took my daughter around the store to pick out the animals for the presentation while I decorated the room. She made every child feel special and kept the atmosphere fun, organized, and full of laughter. She was very knowledgeable and gentle with the animals. She was very patient with all the children.The presentation ran smoothly, and her positive attitude was contagiousāeveryone was smiling and laughing the whole time!
She was great at explaining the rules and even when guests arrived late, she was happy to repeat them. She ensured each kid sanitized their hands between handling each animals.
Itās rare to find someone who genuinely cares so much about making an event perfect, and Stewie did just that. We couldnāt have asked for a better host!

we have been coming to visit ādaveā for a very long while. The staff here is always friendly, accountable and approachable. this was him on his first day home with me, and his happiness and health is largely due to the wonderful petland staff of this location. I adore you guys.

A lot of the staff there are not friendly at all. Theyāre unfriendly and unapproachable giving a really negative experience. Itās hard to enjoy yourself when thereās staff and walking around you glaring. Iām also skeptical on the way the cats are treated in the cat room. The litter always smells and needs to be changed and itās just a mess in there constantly. The litter box is in terrible shape and part of it was broken off and the cat was literally chewing on this piece of plastic. The staff overall make visiting this specific pet land unpleasant.

Always super friendly and helpful staff. I go about once or twice a month to get cat food and the animals are always so happy as the staff really love them and pay good attention and care for them š„¹ even the bettas are pretty happy! always fun to go in and chill with the animals for a bit.
