I had a horrible experience last week Friday Dec 15. I work across the street and had ran over for a snack. I was approached (with attitude) by a Caucasian woman that had been working the front counter. She was accusing me of putting items in my pocket. This was in-front of other people. She was rude and very unprofessional. It was embarrassing and absolutely unwarranted. I’m in there every second day. You better be 100% positive before you start accusing people of things they didn’t do. False accusation can cause major problems for companies.As I was leaving I turned and glanced in the window to witness the lady and another employee laughing and talking about it. Terrible behaviour.

Why are there no coat hooks in the ladies bathroom stalls? Come on this is canada no one wants to put their winter coat on the public bathroom floor, that's disgusting.And sure there's a hook beside the bathroom door and the sink but I'm not wanting to get robbed, put some in the stalls

I have met many rude Petro Canada employees over the years, but there is no question that Roy is foremost among them.He should probably consider bathing once in a while, because his body odour is offensive to customers.

Worst car wash in my life. Before you even enter you have to go on a track that I couldnt see as i have a low car. For the "works" for $13.99I was shot out in 20 seconds with a dirty unfinished job. The clerk was incapable of pleasentries. Rather, she just went through her robotic routine.

Compared to ESSO touchless carwash(which does a spotless job!), $17 for a full car wash at Petro is a RIP OFF!too fast and car came out still dirty!??

I decided to take a walk to the 24 hour petro canada station. Imagine my surprise when I arrive to find the door barred and someone telling me I can buy things through the pass through window - but not with my debit card.I will not be back.Advice to ownership: Either don't be too cheap to pay for two staff members or don't be too cheap to put up some form of interior window around the staff and actually permit customers in the door.This is not 24 hour service. This is not customer service. This is abominable. My next complaint is to the petro canada head office to see if they approve of doing business this way.
