Navneet girl who works in the till so rude i was polite. But her attitude is disgusting. I am a regular there fueling up always. First time dealth with this attitude. She acts like she owns this store. Even a owner should not be rude.

According to the staff when I went in to contest the receipt I got out of the pump. After I drive out of my way to fill up because that location has gas at 143.9 I decided to choose the ultra at 174.9 . I go into the station to get it fixed and get told that pump has a sensitive button and the hose pushed the ultra button. Even though I explain I did not choose the most costly gas they say it’s my problem because I used the app. So the lesson is PC will try to screw you in so many ways it will make your head spin. All I k ow is I pushed the regular gas at 143.9 and the pump shared for the 174.9. And the staff kept saying it’s my problem because I used the app.

NOT SAFE. I've always used this store because it had the best price for fuel. I don't care about that anymore. There is ZERO organization to the pump line ups and NO SIGNS for directions/entrances (but that wouldn't matter) when they did, no one followed them. I've witness a dog run out of a car to attack another dog. Today I witnessed a man get out of his vehicle and smash out the windows of another vehicle. IT IS NOT SAFE!

I took a propane tank here to exchange. I spoke with a Sandra. I told her that I had a tank to exchange and she asked me what pump I was at.?.?.? I repeated that “I have a propane tank to exchange.” She then went and climbed up and looked out the window came back and said “you want two propane tanks? but you only have one there…. I again repeated “I have a propane tank to exchange.” to which she replied, “so you want to buy two?” So I repeated myself again… she was getting so frustrated with me because she either wasn’t listening to me or couldn’t understand me.
I really do not understand what is so difficult about listening to the customer carefully to understand what the customer is wanting, especially if English is not your first language…. There’s no point in getting upset and raising your voice to the customer. Very, very poor customer service, and even though this is the closest convenience store to my home, I’m thinking I’m going to find a new place to frequent where I don’t have to worry about the miscommunication and raised voices. It makes it super stressful.

Always busy. They need arrows to the gas pumps, so these people understand which way the actual line ups go for the fuel pumps instead of blocking people in the lane then wonder why they can't move to let them out ?

Just a heads up for people who fill up gas at this station on 97 Street and 118 Avenue. Some of their pumps are credit card and Petro Points card tampered be careful when you pay at the pump at location station. I got my petro points card tampered last month and today I got my credit card tampered.
