I've had an account with PetSmart for more than 2 years. I go there for our kitten we did buy for our cat before who unfortunately passed May of 2025. The discounts are great when sales are going on. The staff is always friendly they have conversations with you. They help

When going to view fish alot where dead and staff seemed to care less which shows lack of empathy as well to knowledge. By leaving dead fish in the tank you are allowing not only decomposing animals to linger but also possible infections and so forth to effect your other species in the tanks.

Petsmart has always had products for my animals. They recommended a product for my dogs upset tummy. They worked with a hyper dog who is a runner and sized her for a harness. They had everything I needed for a new puppy too.

The worst store to get help and food for rabbits the staff have no clue on how the system works and managers are just a useless as the staff to anyone with rabbits stay away as they will not help even when u are promised food go anywhere eles
My wife called 10.42 and was promised the last bag of garden selection for adult rabbits on to be told the gave my bag away to someone who walked in like thank you very much my rabbits don't have food for the next day because of your behaviour great to see how your company only cares about its money and not about the people who buy from you
Last time I'll ever walk in your doors no matter how much I need something ill walk 5km in a snow store before I shop at this store

The short individual with an elbow tattoo who assisted me in maintaining a short temper when I inquired about my online order. He inquired about the name I had entered, which was my wife’s name. He stood there, staring at me and muttering, “Not here.” I was perplexed. Subsequently, I informed him that I had placed the order at 10:00 AM, and he responded that they had received a significant number of orders. I expressed my astonishment at his behavior. I then mentioned my name and pointed out my order, which was dog food. He promptly retrieved it and handed it to me without any hesitation. In conclusion, the short individual with the elbow tattoo displayed a lack of friendliness and rudeness.

I've brought my husky to this location previously for grooming, and the service was excellent. Rhonda did a wonderful job with her and I have been looking forward to bringing her back.
However, my most recent experience has been frustrating. I had booked an appointment for the 20th; I was called an hour before the appointment to reschedule as the groomer called out. I re-booked my dog's appointment for the 28th with the same groomer. The groomer called out again.
I've re-booked again with a different groomer to see if the service changes.

I was attended to by a very personable lady named Kennedy. She loaded my new cat tree into the cart and then loaded it into my car. She was most helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service.

I always liked this location. Excellent customer service. Gary especially goes outta his way to help customers. Today wasn't the first time I had good experience. He always goes outta his way to interact with clients let know about promotions ect assists a lot while checking out ect. I have a lot of pets so sometimes things get heavy so appreciate the extra assistance.
