  DO NOT GO HERE!!! Meagan is the worst person I've ever dealt with in customer service in my entire life.
  I went in to ask for the main store managers info. She immediately became defensive, angry, and confrontational.
  I kept politely asking to speak to the MAIN manager.
  She kept telling me she could and should be the one to help me. I kindly thanked her and said I insist I speak with the manager.
  Then she outright got mad at me, embarrassed me in front of other customers and yelled at me to never use her name again when addressing her!
  This person is the problem in today's retail environment. She went out of her way to humiliate me and hurt my feelings. It was literally, unbelievable. I will be following up with Owners/General Managers and will be filing a complaint with their head office and the better business bureau.
  I take my reviews seriously, and try to be as loving, helpful, and understanding of each person's struggles. But this person needs to be terminated from her employment at Petsmart. She's damaging the stores customer perception heavily.

  Tried to call about if they offer cat claw trimming because all their website info is for dogs. Got the national line who gave me the individual store number, and they said most locations do but to call ahead. Called the store and got an automated response that they do not accept calls without caller ID. Guess I’ll go elsewhere.

  I had our beagle in for a bath and brush grooming.
  
  The main reason we took him was for his anal glands to be expressed. When I arrived they told me they don't do it but would try. I was surprised and annoyed as the package clearly states that is included.
  
  When I picked him up they said they did do it, so at that point everything was OK.
  
  When I got home I noticed his paw pads had not been trimmed. Another part of the package clearly stated as being included.
  
  Then I noticed his one ear was filthy. Ear cleaning being another part of the package clearly stated as included.
  
  At this point I'm positive they simply washed and dried him. I doubt his butt glands were expressed, one ear may have been cleaned.
  
  I wasn't expecting anything over and above what was included in the package. But I would expect each item to have been done.

  Everyone is friendly and it is well laid out. My dog loves coming there with me, especially in the winter when it is difficult to spend too much time outside

  I’ve been trying to get a refund for puppy lessons after the instructor no showed. Called customer service line who sent me to the store who sent me back to customer service about 4 times. On my 4th visit to the store the manager swore at me and called me names. Very poor customer service and professionalism.

  Called today to see if they had any pet cameras in stock and the person who picked up was super rude. She kept saying she can’t hear me and that she doesn’t have camels or pet camels in stock and ended up hanging up on me and was speaking in a rude, irritated way the whole time.
  
  I had literally just called another store to see if they had the item I wanted in stock and they could hear me fine. And I also called my sister after to see if there were any connectivity issues and she said she could hear me fine.

  Went to go exchange a broken cat perch, the original cashier was delightful. As we were at the checkout the manager came and was rude to us from the start of the interaction. Said she was doing us a favour by letting us return the item after it had been 17 days from the purchase. Product says it has a 1 year warranty and to go through the place of purchase if it malfunctions. Most staff are nice that I’ve dealt with but she was just dreadful.

  Cashier "Isabella" doesnt know how to ring in manufacturers coupons properly and wont call someone else for help. I ended up cancelling the sale because she couldnt figure it out but she had already written on my coupons which voids them and im not able to use at a different store. So i lose out on 6 free cans of purina pro plan puppy food. ($3.99 each + tax)

  Easy to find my way around, I like the stick they have for reptiles too, plenty of options for tortoise supplies.
