Cashier "Isabella" doesnt know how to ring in manufacturers coupons properly and wont call someone else for help. I ended up cancelling the sale because she couldnt figure it out but she had already written on my coupons which voids them and im not able to use at a different store. So i lose out on 6 free cans of purina pro plan puppy food. ($3.99 each + tax)

Easy to find my way around, I like the stick they have for reptiles too, plenty of options for tortoise supplies.

Keegan did a great job on my 1 year old Pom/ Mini Aussie. Staff friendly! Definitely going back! Already prepaid for 2 grooms!

The staff members were courteous and compassionate, handling animals with the utmost compassion. During the capture of a finch, the lady took a considerable amount of time to avoid harming the frantic bird.
This was entirely different from my previous experience.
An emblem of true regard for life and the welfare of the small being.

Super friendly staff throughout the store, especially in the grooming department. Gracie did an amazing job on my pomeranian!

The Grooming department at this location are FANTASTIC! Warm, friendly, and always give good advice and updates on my dog’s behaviour after his groom. I highly recommend all Petsmart grooming locations, but particularly this one!

This pet supply store has a large area. The variety here is very wide. There are many kinds of pet items, such as cat and dog supplies. People can also find items for reptiles, birds, pet fish and more, which are special compared to others.
They even sell pets and provide adoption services, along with pet training and grooming.

*This review is based solely on our experience and we recognize others will have different experiences.*
On the positive side: Lovely store. Clean and organized. Attention-capturing displays. Excellent variety of supplies, food, and toys.
However, our interaction with a staff member was disheartening. Upon asking about non-wire kennels for our adult rescue dog, we were asked questions which analyzed our competence and morality. To protect the anonymity of the staff member, we will not discuss any details.
We're normally impulse-buyers at pet stores, but we were just sad after that interaction so we left without a purchase.

It was really sad watching an associate let someone buy two goldfish knowing they were likely going to suffer and die in the 1 gallon fish bowl with a single plastic plant the customer was buying at the same time. Why does PetSmart still sell fish bowls? Modern knowledge says even betta fish shouldn't be in a fish bowl let alone two goldfish.
