There was a lovely lady Hailey there yesterday and boy let me tell you she is great at what she does. She spoke with my partner to find the right crickets for us, kept going through what was good n bad , took extra time with my indecisiveness and helped educate me on many things as she helped (I could keep going) I genuinely have never felt better customer service not even at a restaurant than with this lovely girl . We will be coming here instead for the rest of our business because of her :)

Took my puppy Bit to the neighborhood PetSmart for a touch-up package, and we had such a great experience. In just 15 minutes, Felix took care of teeth brushing, nail trimming, hair brushing, face trimming, paw shaving, and ear cleaning.
Bit came out looking like an absolute cutie pie, complete with a little bandanna, and was calm and happy the whole time. You can really tell Felix is gentle, skilled, and genuinely cares about the pets he works with.

Staff are super friendly but whoever is on your purchasing team and managing stock needs a new position. Shelves completely empty. Not even 2nd options available with how low their stock always is.
How can we trust you can support our pets needs if you can't stock your shelves. The pets can't wait on your poor abilities

I brought my Havanese in for her first grooming, and the groomer recommended a short cut due to some mats in her fur, which I appreciated. While I understand the need for a shorter style, the cut ended up looking uneven, and she doesn’t look quite as polished as I had hoped. I would encourage a bit more attention to blending and shaping next time, as I’m sure with a little extra detail the results could be much better.
