I had THE BEST service & experience at this Petsmart this morning !!!! SALLY you are the kindest soul ! She was so helpful helping me install the app I had no idea how to. It was a miserable day but she was a ray of sunshine !!!!!

I don’t think I’ve ever been so baffled from an interaction with a store employee before. I asked them if they carried Feliway, and she asked me if I “tried looking at a shelf?”
I’m not sure if she misheard me or was having a horrible day, I’m only giving 2 stars because the interaction was so odd it made me laugh on the drive home.

What a terrible experience. My son and I were waiting to speak with the groomer, and looking at the bin of stuffies. Colleen came over and said they were donations, and to purchase from the other bin if I wanted. I said, okay, cool I'm just looking. I picked up another to show my son, and she snatched it out of my hand. Said I couldnt even look at the ones in the bin. Absolutely astonishing how absolutely rude the whole experience was. I left without seeing a groomer, or purchasing anything that I went in for. We'll keep our business at the 50th Street location.

My poor dog. I am not sure why I paid for the absolute garbage groom. I think I was shocked at how awful my dog looks. It’s embarrassing how bad it was done. I wish I could have spoken up before I gave my money to them. Kept my dog for 4 hours and it looks like a toddler took kitchen scissors to my poor dog.

I come here for weasel food. Dont ask me why.
Place sucks.
Fish in tiny containers lookin at me.
Stressed out animals everywhere but terrible employees almost nowhere to be seen.
I almost dont blame them. This whole chain as a whole sucks.
I heard they throw fish in dumpsters

I bring my German Rottweiler here to get her nails trimmed. Kendra is the person who cuts them every time. She does such an amazing job. I am too nervous to do it myself, and I've been bringing my dog here ever since she was a puppy. I have full trust with Kendra, and she delivers every single time. Thank you, and from the bottom of my heart, I really appreciate you.

I called to make appointment for my cat i been told to wait for call back I wait 1.5 h than I called back I know they might be busy but make appointment take me 1 min to done and I need wait and after I called receptionist wasn't really nice over a phone geez I'm a customer they make money I will.love treat like human been not like less than she is but ok if I have a choice I will go else where but not all growers take cats grommers are realy nice tho and I dont want change it
