Store has a good selection and is stocked very well, however the customer service and attitude from the employees were absolutely horrendous. It was almost like myself and my dog were an inconvenience to the staff. My dog marked on the floor, not on any items or merchandise stands, on the FLOOR. I hadn't noticed yet as I was reading ingredients on a bag, an older employee was quite snotty "your dog peed on the floor. Clean it up" I asked where the clean up station is and she just said "up front". I tried to find it up front and could not find it for the life of me, and asked the cashier where it was and all she said was "by the ladder" and walked away, after continuing to search I finally found it and cleaned up my dog's mess. After that, the employee watched and watched each aisle I was in and poking her head around the corner to watch me. I had to ask the cashier to take my phone number because she wouldn't say a word to me while checking out. The whole experience made me feel flustered and like an inconvenience. Maybe don't work at a pet store if you can't handle a dog peeing on the floor or treat people and their pets with respect. Definitely won't be visiting this location again ?

Had a horrible experience. I prebooked the spa packages for my pomeranians as their birthday treats more than a month in advance, with appointments confirmed. A day before their appointment, I got a phone call saying the groomer Charla is sick. They only gave options over the phone for rebooking to weekend time slots a month later, which is more expensive, despite their online website giving timeslots during weekdays. I ended up prebooking again online for a weekday a month later due to their busy schedule. Fast forward to the rescheduled appointments day, which was confirmed via email the day before- I received a voice message the DAY OF saying groomer Charla is sick AGAIN. I doubt someone can be coincidentally sick every month. I'm convinced the groomer is just flaking because she doesn't want to see my pomeranians. Either way, it's very unprofessional to cancel multiple times a day before or the day of. The only reason I chose Petsmart was because my late pomeranian had a great experience several years ago when he was still alive. Seems like the customer service and professionalism went downhill since. So upset and won't ever book with Petsmart again.

I was there a few days ago and I received horrible service by an employee named Jordan. I won't be going to this branch again. The management should take some deciplinary actions on him. If you can't respect your customers, then you should not continue your job.

DO NOT BUY AQUARIUM PLANTS FROM THIS STORE.
INFESTED WITH INVASIVE SNAILS. STAFF WILL NOT HELP EVEN WITH RECIEPTS AND EVIDENCE. HAD TO STERILIZE EVERYTHING AND START OVER $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Totally inconsistent experience with the groomer. Constant upselling pressure but no clarity on what the services are. You're just a number and a wallet to them. Talked to the manager about it but she just seemed annoyed that I was asking. I'm autistic and used to having to bridge differences in communication styles but there's no possible positive outcome when you're treated like a bother and a distraction.

This lady named Colleen I was my parent can I get a fish she said u have to be 18 but I have a parent I was cat supplies for my kittens and she was oh just search online and she told me she hated my style i won’t be coming here

In store looking at fish and inquiring on which Ines to purchase. My 5 yrold amd 7 yrold required to use the washroom. While it was being opened by I assume the manager was rude whit her "technically this is a staff washroom here aren't public washrooms in the north area. Sign on the wall clearly states restriom and not staff rooms. I will be taking my servoce to another lovlcation

Absolutely horrible service. I called ahead for a product which they refused to bring up for me claiming they close in 5 min. I arrived at 7 doors were open and they refused to sell to me as they had cashed out and shut down 10 min prior. Very disappointed in this managers customer service and lack of care. I get it everyone wants to go home at close but you closed early refused to be of help. Very snotty to deal with. I do not recommend this location for pet needs.

Anyone who works in a customer service area shouldn’t be as rude as Jordan if u can’t be kind to other races and racially profile and accuse a customer of theft when they clearly have a receipt shouldn’t be representing ur company shame on you
