I ordered online and went to the store for Curbside pickup. I parked at the corresponding spot and logged in on the app. After waiting for almost 10 minutes went inside and asked the cashier and she informed I needed to get in line behind other customers who were shopping in the store. When my turn came up the cashier just gave me the bag. I asked her if the curbside was working and she told me that I needed to wait in my car. I wonder for how long

Highly don’t recommend for grooming. I felt like they didn’t take the effort to try to save my dogs hair and completely shaved him. He looks like he’s about to get surgery that’s how little hair they left. They claimed he was too matted. But I brush him daily and while I can agree there were a few mats, it wasn’t valid enough to completely shave him almost naked. If you were going to do this why not call and ask! Furious about our “grooming” services. Uneven, (cm’s diff in some areas) patchy. It’s like the groomer did it with a blindfold on. … also my dog has been obedience trained and is generally really really good at groomers, daycare and other places so please don’t respond he was moving too much because he basically lets you do anything to him. Please contact me I have tried to call and couldn’t get through. Appt was booked Sept 30 Monday at 130 pm for Tofu. Photo at the end for reference of what my dogs normal hair is. If I wanted a shaved poodle I probably could have done it myself. 0 stars.

The overall experience was good and we shop here often for our pets needs however today we were incredibly disappointed with one of the Cashiers. He was miserable the entire duration of our check out, didn’t ask once if we found everything we needed. This store definitely needs to retrain some of the folks on their customer service skills.

Love this Petsmart location, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I found a new food item for my turtles, which was extremely affordable. I highly recommend this store for the array of food choices for reptiles and for aquatic turtles in this case.
