Generally a decent enough place to get some pet supplies. Watch when purchasing larger needed items that the product won't soon be discontinued, as you won't be able to get any of the necessary accessory items. This occurred to me after purchasing an enclosed litter box that used a litter filtration that was also sold in the store, until the enclosed litter box was discontinued. I received no compensation consideration at all, after showing that I'd only just purchased the litter box the month prior.

Disappointed with the customer service at PetSmart. When I couldn’t find items, staff would only tell me the aisle number but wouldn’t help further or point out where exactly the product was. It made shopping frustrating.

I saw a dog poop on the aisle and nobody cleaned up after it. Another lady with a dog came in and she got told by the cashier that poop bags are available for customers to clean up after their pets...she got blamed and got passive aggressively told to clean poop that wasn't her dog's!!

On behalf of a family member, I went in to request a refund for unsatisfactory grooming services. The manager, Krystal/Crystal, was rude and dismissive, and she outright refused to issue a refund until I reminded her that she was not the final decision maker here and the complaint had already been escalated above her level and that someone higher up had offered a refund unprompted. Yes, unprompted. Only then did she process it. Something she should have done quickly and quietly in the first place and then she told me not to return. I won’t.

So many fun things to buy for both cats and dogs. Love that they do Santa pet photos too.The biggest bonus is that our dogs actually behave (we don't even recognize them 😆 )when we bring them with us, so they must have some kind of magic.

I hate like the new way you have to get a hold of employees by using Q code. And there is never any staff around when you are looking for them. And most of them dont seem like they really enjoy their job or want to be there. Most of them arent too friendly and cheerful. I'll stick to other petsmarts.

We arrived at the store just over 15 minutes before closing to buy goldfish. After waiting without any assistance, we approached a staff member ourselves. A male employee rudely told us that “there are only 5 minutes left, we can’t sell to you.” This is completely unreasonable—customers shouldn’t be turned away so abruptly, especially when they arrived well before closing. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and flexibility.
PetSmart seriously needs to train staff on basic customer service.

I'm not great at remembering names, I think her name was Crystal. She was extremely helpful when I was trying to find my Blue Buffalo cat food. (They keep changing the packaging). She was so friendly and persistent. It was like we were two detectives. I didn't get a survey to rate my experience, but I want to recognize excellence service when I experience it.
