I used to live in Lansdowne with my mother and we both used this Pharmacy all the time for years, and now that we have moved to another part of Edmonton, I still drive out of my way to give this pharmacy my business. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful every single time either of us go there. I've never had a problem and wait times are short! Someone who stands out in the staff is Mahmoud Sarhan (or "Mo"). He is an incredibly kind and helpful guy and has always treated my mother and I with such respect and care. He seems to genuinely care and want to help and I can't say enough good things about him. One time during mask mandates, another customer that came in not wearing a mask spoke harshly to my mother and we didn't think much of it, but Mo called us later and apologized and told us he talked to this man for us about the incident. This was not expected, but it was very appreciated and we really felt like he advocated for us and cared! It was a very kind gesture! Thank you to Mo for making us feel welcome and cared for!

There are a lot of different pharmacies within a 5 minutes drive of my house, so options aplenty (3 Shoppers in 1 intersection, a Rexall, a medicine shop, and numerous independants); however, I continue to return to Landsdowne Pharmasave because Mahmoud is the most customer focused pharmacist I have ever met and his store has a neighbourhood feel - something I appreciate. He always has what I need, his hours are good, and there is rarely a line to wait in.
