These guys came through for me when I needed a second opinion on short notice. I had come from one mechanic who quoted a large amount for something that took these guys under an hour to diagnose and fix. I was referred to them because of their extensive experience with Mercedes Benz and after today I would recommend too.

I have a 1987 560 sl convertible Mercedes Benz and took it to this auto repair shop, they were not only professional they were very knowledgeable in their field, I absolutely recommend this shop and will never take my car anywhere else but there .

Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for expert Mercedes-Benz care!
They performed a thorough pre-purchase inspection on my potential new vehicle, which ended up needing a fairly major repair. (30hr job!) They had it finished and ready for pick up in a timely manner.. Not to mention 25% less than I was quoted from Mercedes, and was kept in the loop the entire time by Mark - thank you for that.
The technicians are clearly extremely skilled in their profession, and I'll now be comfortable taking my vehicle here for any and all work.

They’re always respectful, truthful, realistic. I can ask hypothetical questions and they’re honest and upfront about the consequences of doing or not doing something. they have fair prices and do excellent work
if something’s wrong, they call frequently with updates, and always honest about anything going on and prices. they never go forward with anything without speaking to me first
highly recommend especially if you have a mercedes-benz
I would not take my c300 anywhere else since i started coming here ~2 years ago

Had some problems with my Mercedes. Called them told them my problems. They were able to get my Mercedes in right away. Fixed the problems quickly and did a great job. Explained everything to me before doing repairs. Can't thank them enough for how they took care of me

Took my car to this place and it was never the same after..
Went in to get a simple main seal replaced, but they through a whole bunch of other stuff at me.
They scare you with “problems” that may arise if not fixed. Very shady.
When I had gotten my car back after the first time, I drove it for a week or so then I noticed the check engine light came on and there was still an oil leak , it was worse then before. Took it back and they wanted more money because they “missed it” the first time and something else was wrong, bill was over $6,000. I had already paid $7,000 for the first visit.
I fought with them, nothing was happening.
So I decided to talk to the owner, he tried explaining when it was missed and gave a little discount.
I got the leak fixed but could not afford the other issue.
Car hasn’t ran the same again..
Will never go back to this place.
*update,
just had the infamous head bolt snap on the M156 and just spent another chunk of money for headgasket repairs.
because prestige auto did not replace the head bolts with the newer style ones, they replaced with the old style and only on 1 side.

This is a place you can’t trust with your car. I got AMA to tow my car to downtown auto repair and they mistakenly towed it to this auto repair shop at night. When AMA discovered their mistake early in the morning at 7am, they got there, waited until the shop opened at 8am, the manager of this mechanic refused to release my car and said that they had already diagnosed my car and done some repairs on the car and that I owe them money, for work I did not authorise and work they know they didn’t do? It would have sounded reasonable if they were claiming storage space for overnight parking in their garage but claiming money in this way was utter greed and dubious. AMA took responsibility of the situation and they eventually released my car.
- I just read your response, unfortunately I can’t reply to it, reason for this edit. You may choose to lie in public now but you have a business to run and businesses can never stand strong on deceit and lies. I only hope you didn’t tamper with my car because repairs shops like yours can never be trusted.

This morning i noticed that my washer fluid and coolant are low so i decided to go to Canadian tire to buy some. I pulled the release handle for the hood very hard and it made this sound (felt like it broke)… the hood was no longer opening up. So i decided to go to a few auto mechanics to get it fixed… they were giving me unbelievable prices… i called prestige auto repairs and explained the situation and they told me to come in so that they could have a look… within seconds they solved the issue… the handle had to be readjusted for the hood to open. In addition, they applied some oil to the opening of the hood so that it would be smoother. They helped me with my washer fluid and they advised me to go return the coolant i purchased because that was not the correct one… they used their own coolant… this was a simple fix and they were so generous enough to not charge me since they said that it was a simple 2 min fix. They were friendly. Extremely friendly… very responsive! I will not only go there again but also recommend this place to all my buddies. Thank you for making my day. God bless you all.
