If high end road bikes are your thing, you'll like the product offerings here. Many of the rides you'll find at PRW are nearly identical to what you would find on the pro tour, and they're happy to customize components and fit so that you get exactly what you what (provided price is no object). I've never bought a bike here, but the clothing, tools, and accessories that I've purchased have been great. 3 out of 3 stars on the sales side.
Unfortunately my experience with the service department hasn't been so good. When I had an issue with one of my bikes (a brand PRW carries), I reached out to the manufacturer for assistance in locating an authorized distributor, and was told that of the any of the dealers listed on their website should be able to assist. Despite the referral from their supplier, PRW turned me away. This was the first and only time in 40+ years of riding that any bike shop has refused my business. It's the reason I don't shop there anymore. A well deserved 0 out of 2 stars for the service department, for a total of 3 stars overall.

Great experience with Guri getting me fitted for my mid life crises purchase. I felt that he wasn't up selling me at anytime and when the bike I ordered wasn't going to be ready in the spring he did everything to make it work. The 3T Racemax italia is an awesome bike now I just have to get in better shape to match the bikes abilities.

Just finished working with Guri, Kim and Sam on a new bike build. I always feel thoroughly taken care of when I’m at PRW, and even though it’s Guri’s business to sell bikes, he would never let you walk out of the shop with something that was right for you. Everything bike related I buy for my road bikes, comes from PRW. I can’t say enough good things, if you live anywhere near Edmonton and you need kit, equipment, accessories or just want to drool over the nicest bikes on earth their isn’t a better shop then PRW. Thanks to Sam, Kim and Guri, I always like to come in for a visit…by the way, my new bike is everything I wanted and More. See you next time.

I needed some repairs done on my bike with Campagnolo components and Mavic wheels. I booked an appointment with PRW, I brought my bike in over lunch, and they had it repaired and ready to ride for the end of the day. I think my bike would have been in the shop for a couple of weeks waiting for parts if I took it somewhere else. I highly recommend PRW, especially for their knowledge and expertise with road and CX bikes with European components and parts!

I had a great experience buying my bike from Pedalhead Roadworks.Guri and the team answered all of my questions and I learned a lot about both bikes overall, and the specific bike I was buying.The bike I bought is the perfect size fit thanks to the fitting process I was taken through.They are an extremely knowledgeable and friendly team at Pedalhead and they helped make buying a new bike fun and also pretty simple/straightforward.I would definitely recommend Pedalhead Roadworks to anyone who is looking to buy a high quality bike.

PRW(Pedal Head Road Works) is Edmonton’s original cycling shop and and is best one in the city. Whether your looking for cycling clothing, saddles, shoes, frames, wheels or even custom insoles this place has it all.I purchased some custom insoles for my spin bike shoes and was very pleased at my overall experience with the store and staff. Guri the store owner really did an excellent job finding the correct fit for the insoles i needed. I’ve probably done a hundred rides with my custom insoles from PRW and have had amazing results.If you have any cycling needs or your bike just needs a good tuneup visit PRW!

I had no idea these guys existed. Who knew PRW was a bike shop.Where most of the bike shops end in terms of quality and high end delivery, these guys begin. Their bike stock is exceptional. It's a small set of bikes they have but it's all of impeccable quality.Price ranges are higher obviously. But you get what you pay for. Dedicated service and attention beyond compare.

Extraordinary service, and meticulous workmanship. Owner on-site conducting or overseeing all of the work. A discerning selecting of cycling products--if they don't have it, you don't it. If you don't have it, you should get one and figure out what it does when you get home.
