Great self service machine, definitely will go again. For anyone that is confused on how to use the machine, you scan your shipping barcode and then place the barcode on your package and then scan the new placed sticker and the machine should open up so you can ship your item.

It’s located in the michaels if you’re confused. And the barcode needs to be far enough away from scanner to be fully visible. Great little machine

Very easy to use, scan the barcode on my shipping label, put package in machine and its done.

Easy to use and quick, unless someone in front of you don't know how to read and gets their package jammed. Then you have to wait for someone to fix it
