I have gotten pedicures since I was 10 and have never had a worse pedicure. I got my pedicure here yesterday and the palms of my feet are aggressively PEELING, so bad I’m writing a review. I don’t know how this is even possible, whether it’s a chemical they used or what. I used to be a server and even with all the walking this has never happened. I’m so concerned with it and what’s causing it, I will never go back.

They were rough. While doing the pedicure, they kept banging my heels on the cloth! Even the other girl after me kept saying “ouch”! They didn’t follow what I want for my fingernails! I even showed the picture! And they didn’t followed it, they were just busy chitchatting with their own languages and at first I don’t mind that they are talking to each but when I explain myself on what kind of nails do I want, they don’t even listen to me! Like what on earth was that? After that, I just kept quiet since that was my first time in there and still observing if I am the only one who is experiencing this! But NOOO. Even here in the Google Reviews, you guys have a lot of bad reviews compared to other Qnails Salon! The service was soooooo horrible.
It’s so disappointing, this is by far the worst Qnails salon ever! I don’t recommend it in here, it’s feels dirty too inside the salon.

No matter who I go to they always turn out fabulous and the staff is so friendly they really helped point me in the perfect shape for my fingers and I love that I can sit watch tv and relax I can have conversations or on the days I just need to sit in somewhat silence after a long day it's my go to nail place . I've been going for over 6 months now and always happy with every set and they LAST as I work a job that's hard on the hands with cleaning chemicals

The guy doing my hands was so rough and impatient. The entire thing felt very rushed. A new set with coloured tips (what i got) is $60 and I was charged $78. Not to mention, he kept commenting on my hands and cuticles. I bite my cuticles as it’s an anxiety response for me. He said MULTIPLE times how it was “gross” and “bad for me” and just kept pointing it out saying “it’s so bad”. After the manicure he began cutting the skin around my fingers that I’d been picking at. It was hurting so I said “you don’t have to do that.” and he laughed and said “It’s so bad. I’ll cut it” and when I told him no (again) he was like “it’s very bad”. He also (condescendingly) asked me if i’ll “continue to bite my nails” after I leave. I left the place feeling horrible about myself.Service: Manicure

I’ve come here very last minute a few times. Ty has done my nails. He is amazing, I recommend coming here if you want to be impressed by your nails and your nail tech. I came back to get a broken nail fixed V fixed my nail. She was very patient and precise. Another woman, Annie helped v make sure we chose the same colors as my other nails.
