Pretty sure this is not a dry cleaners! It seemed like they do sketchy business in there based on the fact that they had multiple businesses in one small place. Why is Canada post in there? Seems sketchy. Hated having to pickup my package that unfortunately Amazon couldn’t deliver and I’d rather they just left in the lobby of my building. My ID matched the parcel from Amazon but not the Canada post tracking (it was a gift from family across the country) and the guy was new so he didn’t know what to do. So it turned into kind of a fight to get it but he was trying his best with what he knew. Hope my packages never get brought here again as the parking lot was way too busy and homeless/addicts were all over!

Speaking on behalf of the post office portion of the company. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Was treated poorly due to being white. The lady at the front was very rude and did not comply with regular postal office rules and regulations. I was trying to get a package and my ID did not match my address the package was supposed to be delivered at. She sent me away 3 times even tho I provided her with the mail to prove my address…saying this isn’t acceptable . I provided her with my vehicle loan statement and a bank statement from my bank and she still continues to disagree until her manager looked it over and disagreed with her. She is a racist and treats white people unfairly. TRY AND AVOID THIS LOCATION. It took be about an hour to get my package cause she was doing everything she could to make it as difficult it could be even tho the first time I provided what I needed. I will also be going to head office of the postal Canada
No wonder you guys have 2.2 stars on google review - get better staff

The shop has become cleaner and tidier than before. Although the carpet on the floor is still old, it has been well-maintained. Bright flowers have been placed on the counter, which is my favorite part.

Not fot the dry cleaner but for the phone repair guy: he chrged us $200 to change a piece on my phone and it broke after 2 weeks. I denied any responsibility. $200 burnt!

0 stars would be more accurate. Extremely slow service with no pleasantries or personality. I hate that I have to pick up my parcels from here, other than that I go to Oxford shoppers because you are in and out in minutes instead of standing in a crowded, dingy building for a half hour.

What a terrible place. My envelope (with no stamp) has more personality.Canada post, it's disappointing that a place like this continues to operate. Not even bare minimum service standards are being met here. Miserable dwelling, I can't stand that I have to go Herr.

Always cold and rude service here, not friendly at all, it's been that way for years now. I so wish the Post office at the 7-11 on 132ave. and 82 street had not closed down, it was always friendly and pleasant there.

3 different businesses out of this location. They don't answer their phone had to get the next door business Quiznos t walk over and tell them to answer the phone check their online reviews 2.3 out of 5 bad customer service related to the Canada post depot

We were met by a woman who is not tall. Not pleasant in communication, I asked her to advise, she sold me the most expensive services. I do not recommend this place, I would like people to be honest, and this woman seller was disgustingly tactless.

I try to avoid this post office as much as I can, but it's where my packages that couldn't be delivered unfortunately go to and I really wish I could change it. As others have said the employees there are often rude and curt with you, and I stopped going there to ship things out because they're incredibly slow at getting the information put together. Waiting for them to put together your international package takes twice as much time as it does at other Canada Post locations, and I've had the person that was at the cash register working on my parcel stop to talk to another employee more than once.
