I thought Millwood town centre branch is worst service but now from few months parson road has also going to be worst closing doors before time and open 9:30 but still only one till is working rest long que for 20 minutes wait time

Unhelpful, and horrible customer service.
I’ve had the same issue that I presented them with today before, and my banking needs could still get done with a little bit of customer service. The branch manager should go try her hand at stocking shelves overnight at a grocery store. At least she won’t have to deal with customers!

I would like to clear up some misconceptions about Milena, Elizabeth, and the rest of the RBC team at this location.
Today (August 22, 2024) at 3:30pm, I had an appointment to discuss a very difficult and scary subject for me: debt consolidation. I’ve seen the reviews for this location calling Elizabeth and Milena rude, hostile, or disrespectful. Nothing could be further from the truth. Elizabeth noticed my ex and I standing in the waiting area for a while as we waited for a family to finish their appointment with Milena. She came over several times to check if we were okay, apologized for the wait, and assured us Milena was just wrapping up and would be with us shortly.
Milena was able to come get us soon after that and she was very welcoming and apologetic for the wait. We sat down and had a thorough conversation about the realities of my debt and I was told that unfortunately I wouldn’t be approved for a loan at this time. Milena was kind, thoughtful, sympathetic, and reassuring the entire time and provided solid advice on how to handle the creditors I was dealing with.
Let me be clear: Milena CANNOT be rude. She cannot be aggressive or hostile or disrespectful as the previous posts have claimed. Why? Because she is literally soft spoken to a point where raising her voice might be considered average vocal level for anyone else. She also wasn’t dismissive or uncaring at all.
I get the frustration of being rejected or declined when it comes to finances. I’m in that boat right now. But it is NOT okay for people to come onto a public platform and name drop specific people and fabricate things about them. She, Elizabeth and the rest of the team don’t deserve that.
Working in finance is not easy and in fact, when you’re in a public facing institution, it can be downright dangerous. So don’t make it harder on them by making things up. Facts are fine, disparaging their character is not (it’s also illegal because defamation laws, hello).
All this to say: Thank you for the guidance Milena, thank you for the hospitality Elizabeth, and thanks to everyone in the branch for doing your best to serve the community.

Branch Manager - In my 20 + years of experience with RBC, this location's branch manager (Parson RD SW) was the most unprofessional and rude RBC staff I have ever had to deal with. My business partner went in to make a business deposit and her attitude towards treating clients like her own staff was unacceptable. It was a simple deposit transaction and we will never go back to that branch ever again. I run my own business and I don't train my staff in a way that the clients feel disrespected.

I went in-person to order a new debit card. The teller took my information and told me that the card had been ordered and I would receive it in the mail. I had to order it a second time as it was not ordered the first time. It was a basic in-person request and they couldn't get it right. Pretty incompetent.

Very worst banking experience and unprofessional clueless bank manager Elizabeth, Do not no customer service, rude ,insensitive talk,zero hospitality.
Staffs are great with good banking knowledge.
Jasmine helped us to complete the wire transfer.

December 18th 2023- I went in with a check issued by RBC to have them certify it, the branch manager Elizabeth Taiwo said that only the company that writes the check can certify it which doesn't make sense and I do this every month to pay my employees.Elizabeth is making up rules as she goes, and the policy from this RBC seems to be different from the policy of every other RBC.. I'll be calling corporate, and I'll be sure to follow up.Another rbc with a ridiculous wait!A teller went on break with a line up,This seems to happen every single time...The only reason this is three stars instead of one, is because of mylea's excellent customer service and personality.
