Used to come here all the time but unfortunately their prices are no longer competitive. Didn’t buy anything today on my latest visit as their refrigerator section is totally blocked off so you can get anything cold.

I was treated horribly today June 5th 2025 by the two ladies working this evening! I had went to make a return of a bottle and walked in with it in my black bag and I thought I'd go check and see if i wanted to do an exchange but after I didn't see anything else I wanted, I went to the til and the two ladies stared at me baffled like I had tried to pull a fast one on them and stole it! The girl said I didn't see you walk in with that! I told her I did though and I hadn't even made it to that section of the store where the gin was. Anyways she did the return mind you I even had a receipt and before leaving told me to let them know next time if I have a return. First of all, that's not store policy and second I don't care if you have a lot of theft in your store don't treat customers like that! Especially customers who have been there many times before! I really didn't appreciate that and will be calling customer service about my experience

White girl cashier was being discriminatory. Never ID checks White people even the young looking ones but ID checks every other colour even when they are wrinkled and grey.

I was the only one in the store being asked for ID, while other customers walked right up and bought their items without any questions. It felt discriminatory and humiliating. WAS SUPER RACIST!! She was a white girl. after i showed my id she kept telling me i looked way too young. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! DO NOT GO HERE IF U WANT TO BE DISCRIMINATED! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IN A STUPID STORE.

My god, this used to regular go to place until today. I asked a staff, average over weight guy, if a drink is available, he was so angry he almost tries to hit me. What sort of customer service? I have never been experienced this kind of service in any place of earth I have been.

Great selection and super attentive staff! They know where to find absolutely anything and carry a great selection of imported wines and beers. Prices are great too!

Well stocked and usually not as busy as other Real Canadian Liquor stores in the city, lots of parking with a less chaotic front entrance. I have been coming to this location occasionally for a few years and quality of service has improved greatly in the last year.

Super discrimination here. I couldn’t even make it half way around the store without being followed and asked for ID before I made it to the till. Very strange and has never happened to me before. I won’t be coming back here for the rest of my life.

I came into the store expecting the minimum level of service and was quite surprised by how attentive and nice the staff were! I was especially impressed with Denise , who was professional, very personable, and knowledgeable. She said she had just started recently and all I’ve got to say is great hire! Super easy going and quick service! I will definitely be back! Thanks for making life just a little bit better. Prices were decent too.
