We worked primarily with Jen and Chris while searching for our dream home, they were both super attentive and always made time to get us into any open houses right away. They gave us honest opinions and helped us really figure out what we wanted and helped us close the deal to our amazing home! Made a big decision very easy and would go with them every time again and again.

We bought our first home with Realty unleashed. We worked primarily with Jen. She was very helpful, professional and had great communication. She help point out all the things we would have missed both about the houses we were looking at (both good and bad) and about being first time home owners. I would definitely recommend them

Hendrik was representing the seller of the house we bought. After our initial showing of the house, we didn’t even feel like we need to get our own realtor. He was very clear, communicative, available and always ready to answers our questions. He made the entire experience of buying the house from house inspection to any fixes needed around the house a breeze. We are very grateful for his efforts.

I learned about Realty Unleashed on Reddit, of all places, then I came here to check Google reviews and they were insanely positive,I figured “too good to be true”, but they aren’t. I had been struggling with the settling of an estate and all the emotions of selling my family home. It was years of picking away at it. I contacted Jen, met with her and Chris, and they immediately saw the positive in my home. I cannot express how important that was to me. They were kind and straightforward and I felt no qualms in handing over the keys. This was at the start of May and they immediately got started and mowed the lawn! I have shed more than a few tears during this endeavour, and this felt like such an act of kindness. The spectacular cleaning crew who always asked before removing something if it might have even the slightest sentimental value; they were fast and efficient and fun. They had a bin brought in, filled, helped clean the yard, and took over the mowing. They organised all of the donations for the things we weren’t keeping and the removal of garbage and recycling. The cleaning and staging and photographs were all far beyond anything I could have dreamt. The fact that I did not have to sign a contract until I listed with them felt crazy (there was a lot of pinching myself). My house sold in under two weeks for more than I had expected or hoped for. They were life-changing help for me and my family.

Hendrik was amazing to work with!
Patient, understanding, genuine, efficient and did everything that needed to be done even with some hurdles in the path. Hendrik And his team were very affective and efficient. They'll do everything in their power to get what you need asap, strings pulled, pages turned, negotiations powered and papers signed done and done!
It was a pleasure to work with him and his team, and our mother was SUPER happy with everything.
