Not the best customer service. The individual behind the counter didn’t even want to have a cordial conversation with me and my friend. Furthermore, it’s the 4th time for us to notice the drinks from the cooler aren’t cold enough to even consume.
Suffice to say, you got a lot of options, look elsewhere. This might just be a front!

Extremely rude staff. Watched the worker kick out a couple because the female didn’t have her id. The man was purchasing a drink for himself and provided his. Immediately after he let a man of the same relative age purchase an entire case of beer and did not ask to see any id. So which one is it? I overheard him say “id for the cameras” but didn’t follow through with any other customer after the couple left the store

Poor customer service.. Chinese guy was so rude. He does not know how to talk to customers. Would never visit that place again.

They have been fairly decent to me every time I go there. I Also like how their store has been set up during covid. They always seem to be wearing masks and so on, I also appreciate that.

It's great that they are open late but when I went in they had the store blocked off and you just had to say what you wanted with no menu.

Hard to talk/understand to a person who speaks heavily accented English behind a surgical mask and sporting a very bad cold. Why is he even working under those conditions?On the plus side, they are open til 2am every night of the year except for Christmas. Every other store in the area seems to close at 10pm.Edit: thanks for your reply. Your emplyee obviously had a very bad cold or flu. Why did you even consider having him work?Do you not have any healthy substitute workers?
