Love the boutique was super excited when I walked in and saw all the great stuff that they had the moment my foot stepped in the door I got told that they closed at 5 o’clock that day it was 4 o’clock I assured the sales girl that I would not keep her Late I spent $550 and was out of there by 4:45. The worst service I’ve ever had the bare minimum of nice. Super disappointed, would love to hear from the owners so I could tell them the rest of my story

Great shop for gift-y things and cards, average for clothing. They seem to only carry 2 brands of dresses, and neither of them are even a little bit size inclusive. Would love to see Red Ribbon at least start carrying XL in most of their clothing, and go beyond that sizing when they can.

Best boutique in Edmonton by far and one of my favourites in the world! The staff are so helpful and friendly, and the stock is totally on point from the clothing to the homeware, beauty and accessories. It's a beautiful store with gorgeous big change rooms, flattering lighting and is super clean and bright throughout. It's even got an accessible change room and bathroom - great details for those shoppers who have additional needs. I went a little crazy buying pieces but I know they'll last beautifully and I can't wait to return when I'm back in Edmonton!

Went in with a friend at about 1:30pm today. The staff at the desk looked at us but didn’t bother to say hi or ask us if we needed help. They had cute things in there and my friend and I took our time looking around the shop, but the staff not once made an effort to talk to us, even though they made direct eye contact several times. I just can’t support a business that has poor customer service. Because of this, my friend and I left empty handed and will not be returning.
