As a first time shopper at this particular store, I just left there with a bunch of Christmas items for my wife. I was greeted by a lady whose first name and last name initial I had to ask her for because it would be a shame not to point her out for such remarkable customer service. Veena B, it's easy to see that you're definitely passionate about your job and the company you represent, which is something rarely ever seen by the customers anymore. Thank you so much and from my family to yours ma'am, Merry Christmas !!To the Reitmans brass, it's been many years since I've encountered this kind of customer service where I actually felt like a customer and not as if I were an inconvenience, as is the attitude shown with the vast majority of workers in this type of industry. Please pass along my gratitude to this lady as it's well deserved !!My wife and I will definitely shop there again thanks and highly recommend this store to anyone reading this review as a place to shop thanks to my wonderful shopping experience from Veena B.Cheers?

Im super disappointed with my most recent experience at this location. As I walked in the store and no one had greeted me, but then shortly after me some one else arrived and a employee greeted them right away. Only then after I looked at the employee she came over and said, “ are you finding everything ok. I was like ya thanks and carried on looking around. As I shopped around the store and gathered items, not once was I offered to have a room started. When I was ready to head to the change no one was there, so I was like ok I will just pick one. I started trying on outfits and During this time I wasn’t checked on once, and no one came to see if I needed help with sizes. After I was done changing I hung all my stuff and carried it out with me to put on the rack outside the room, because who wants to clean up some one else’s mess! After I was done in the room I gathered more items to try on and still no service in the main area. By This time I was super annoyed. After I was done in the room the second time I didn’t bother hanging anything or taking it out of the room. I’m pretty simple to please but at this point i just felt upset and completely ignored. The store was dead so I’m not sure the reasoning as to why I had poor customer service. At my place of business this would not fly.

Such a racist behaviour from their staff! The old women wow hats off to your age! You greet to some and do not greet to some! The way you stare at some people sucks! And another staff who let me inside the trial room was so serious??? Why??? I pay for your clothes , I’m not picking anything for free and you just can’t treat your customers wrong! Reitmans please train your employees!

Shopped at South Common store today. Dust bunnies in dressing room #2. Clerk waiting on me and never returned and I had to leave dressing room to ask for assistance from another clerk. All Staff wearing jeans not the clothing they are selling. Staff did not seem competent compared to other Reitman stores I have shopped.

I love this store . The staff are always friendly and helpful and the manager is awesome. I love that they have clothes for my body type, which is not standard. I am a petite, plus size lady and I'm always able to find something that I see in regular sizes in my size. I always walk out with something which makes me feel great.

Great location with ample parking...decent selection of clothing...found quite a few things in their clearance section... glad that they finally have an underwear section! Staff are always friendly!

I was greeted by Jessica shortly after entering, and I explained that had gained weight, didn't know what size I was now, and I needed a dress for a family member's wedding. Jessica helped me find 8 dresses of different styles quite quickly chatting with me the whole time. I left with two dresses that made me feel great. Great experience! Coming here first next time!

The girls working today were just incredible. Super helpful, great with switching sizes out for me and just went above and beyond. They happened to overhear me telling my shopping companion it was my birthday tomorrow and made sure to tell me if I showed ID I would get an additional 25% off my purchase. They even ordered in a few things they didn't have in my size. I bought my whole summer wardrobe today and couldn't be happier. I'm sorry I didn't catch anyone's names but the south commons girls deserve a bonus for excellent and friendly service!

I absolutely love this store. The girls are always friendly, they’re honest about whether the outfit looks good on you or not, if they don’t have your size in their location they will check other locations as well as the online store and have it mailed to you at no cost. If the one that is mailed to you still doesn’t fit right, it’s super easy to go and get a refund. I also enjoy the fact that they have nice clothing for women that are on the plus size. Clothing that is fresh youthful looking and is part of the current trend. I love shopping there and highly recommend this company to everybody.

The customer service at this location is fantastic! I've shopped here plenty of times and have recommended this location to my family and friends over and over again. Lupita stands out for me with her contagious laughter and outgoing personality! She is a rockstar!I've had terrible service at Southgate Reitmans in regards to greeting, assisting with sizing/changing rooms and returns. Don't go to Southgate Reitmans, go here instead!

I have been to the Reitman's South Common a few times recently, including once with my Mom, and have been pleasantly greeted by Lupita! She has a wonderful energy about her and really cares about people. She gives fun and practical options and makes sure you are leaving feeling great in your new clothes.
