Asked to get an infinite switch control returned (opened but not installed with the original packaging and within a week)
The lady at the counter kept Insisitng that it had been installed, in which I had to call my electrician to confirm it has never been installed, where they had to get a second person to confirm it has not been installed.
The lady provided the worst possible service experience, in which she kept arguing with me saying it has been installed before UNTIL another employee gave a second opinion confirming it has not been installed.
I had to come back twice for this, and I quote "I don't see what's the problem, the item is being returned anyways" with an attitude. As the other gentleman handled the return.
Honestly a terrible customer service experience. Does not feel like a "Reliable" place to buy parts.
Friendly advice, rename the store unreliable parts, at least be honest to the public.

If there's a part, they can find it! It make take some time to find an aftermarket part for a 12 year old appliance...but if anybody can, they can. They've saved me alot in replaced appliance by getting parts and repairing! They also have great maintenance treatments available for most appliances to help extend life and performance too. And they'll even teach you how to use them.

Very poor counter service. Could not recommend an alternative part for the Electrolux range lightbulb.
Will not consider buying any appliance parts from this company in the future.

I don't know why there is so much negativity in the reviews. The shop is alright for what it offers. Stock matched their website. Got served within a couple minutes after arrival with all parts that I needed to repair the dishwasher and the fridge. Gentlemen at counter had his our nice sense of humor.

People can repair or replace parts but they do not need to give "extra". Choosing to be a good and kind human is a choice and not enough people take the higher road. Thank you Greg for giving me the confidence to buy a part and fix my machine. You are good, you are honest, and you are kind. You are an example to be followed.

Recently called to ask about possibly getting a new part for my dishwasher. Was greeted by an extremely rude employee over the phone who made it seem like I was being an extreme nuisance. Very passive aggressive when asking questions and offered little to absolutely no help. Definitely will never be giving this establishment any business with customer service so poor.

Called in said "hey this is my order number are the parts in" they said "yes it arrived yesterday it should be ready for you to pick up" go in "hey I'm here to pick up my order" they're reply "it's not here we didn't get it what do you want me to do about it?"....... And the attitude from the guy behind the counter is garbage always raises his voice to almost yelling with an attitude of "not my problem go somewhere else if you don't like it"

Not helpful. They sold me the wrong part, had no knowledge of the parts they sold, and wouldn't try to find an alternative to the part I needed. Go with AMRE over this place.

This place used to be THE goto for appliance parts and accessories, conveniently located on the westend of Edmonton. Not sure what happened to this location as it used to be clean, well stocked with good prices. Now it kind of resembles a thrift store, with little to no inventory and extremely high prices.

Reliable used to be very 'Reliable' with excellent service.Now, everything is routed to a call center.I called one such center and was told some of the parts I need are special order, and 5-10 business days.I googled and found https://applianceparts.homedepot.ca/Also a Reliable Parts store. I called the number.They have the parts I need in Edmonton, except for one part.That one will ship from Mississauga, 5-10 business days.Unless I want to pick it up in Calgary, where it is in stock.I ask how long to ship from Calgary.She says, sorry, that is a Reliable Kiosk and they don't ship.I ask how long to ship the parts from Edmonton, since it is a 3 hour drive for me.She says, they don't ship from that location, they only ship from the main depot in Calgary.Basically I was told "We won't sell you the parts you need unless you drive to Edmonton, or unless you wait 5-10 days to ship them.Reliable actually used to have much better service, I have been buying parts from them for decades.
