Came here to get some information about travel vaccines before my trip. I spoke with Brittany at the pharmacy & she was super helpful & informative & transparent with all of my questions & concerns! Thank you so much for your help! I even came in the next day to get my tetanus shot as I forgot to get it & she got me in & out in 15mins! Truly wonderful! Thank you!

I get my prescriptions here frequently. This time I bought items, while doing so i was blatantly followed. There’s zero reason to be profiled except for being indigenous, as i was dressed nice and polite mannered. Racism seems to be common in this store, id watch out legally.

It was like around 2 months ago a white lady treat me really poorly and after I found out she was the manager she had a racist neonazi behavior but I told her do your job I know Alberta have 65% systemic racism but this need to be fixed someday I still experiencing discrimination on that place and is not right

I like the staff and convenience of the location for me but it’s always empty, not a great selection of anything and their new hours are terrible. Take down the open late sign. Who closes at 6pm on a Saturday?

I caught the store clerk, a skinny guy with long hair, smoking weed while on shift! I mean , you have the right to do whatever you want on your time. But getting high and serving customers . It blew my mind!

I have been going to this pharmacy, for a very long time. They continue to impress, with the care and knowledge they show me. Especially as someone with a complex medical history. A special shout out to Jasmine, who goes above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied with an understanding of my prescriptions, how they relate to my other conditions, and seems to genuinely care about my well-being. I wouldn't go anywhere else , and I'm grateful to have them as part of my medical team

I bought some stuff here for my grandma (who's unable to pick it up herself) and forgot something, so after I finished lunch at Tim Hortons, I returned to pickup the thing I forgot and asked to use the washroom. "No public washroom" the pharmacist and the manager said, even after I explained I drank a xlarge tea at Tim Hortons, and I couldn't go there because their washroom was flooded. So despite me buying stuff there, they didn't have the courtesy to offer the basic amenity of a washroom.And let me be clear I'm dressed nicely, in a nice work jacket, nice shoes...in other words I don't look shabby. And I would gladly have spent $100 there to use the washroom at that point.Some of these places just seem to have so little care for the welfare of their Canadian customers. It's places like this that go against the kind and courteous nature of Canadians, and frankly give Canadians and Canada a bad name. I had to walk two blocks down and pay $7 to use a restroom. Is this the Canada I know and love? I know what your thinking, it's just a bathroom, your over reacting. But it's what it represents...this is Canada we are better than that.Dollar voting is a powerful way to make your voice heard, and if this business can't provide basic courtesy for it's paying customers, it's not getting any of my money.

Terrible Terrible !! WoW I came in the store to buy some vitamins..I seeen two woman employees outside smoking I smiled at them n was in a Great mood .I seen some earrings I liked so I got 2 pairs ..started looking at some other things then I notice this man watching me .He had a blue shirt on n I imagine he was amanager ..he walked up too me real awkward like n asked me what I was doing / looking for

I've gotten my prescription from this store for 3 almost 4 years, but never again. After accusing my partner of stealing and claiming they have video of it (my partner doesnt even shop there), I will no longer be supporting this location or any other rexall. I highly recommend going to shoppers drug Mart instead where they don't racially profile every indigenous customer that comes through the door.

This is a nice little pharmacy, however the parking lot is always riddled with garbage. It’s uneven - could do with a re-paving - this is especially troublesome for those with mobility issues. The biggest problem with this location, though, is the wall of smoke you have to walk through to get to the entrance. Staff are always standing outside having a puff. As a former smoker, I know the importance of a smoke break, however, I’m wondering if they could move further down the building and away from the entrance? I’ve brought these issues to the attention of the cashier, who suggested I post them here to get a response. Thanks!
