Avoid this store who does not understand customer service. I was in line moved up to take the next spot, the cashier was chatting with the security guard, ignored me, answered the phone. Then took a customer who walked around the queue. Unreal. The staff are not nice or aware of anything other than themselves.

Horrible service i called 4 times throughout the day with no answer then front desk put me on hold forever just to tell me to call back. I will see if i can transfer prescriptions because I won't be doing any further business with rexall, they suck!

The pharmacist on duty may 20th 2023 was amazing! When I asked about what other alternatives exist she went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you very much! Also an incredibly convenient location with respect to ermineskin medical clinic, being just two floors down. I really don't know what else you could want from a pharmacy.

Our family has used this Rexall since it opened. We found all the staff helpful, and courteous. Pharmacists have been very good at keeping us informed on our meds.

pharmacist helped me with my medication, calmly explained how everything worked, told me what side effects to watch out for and to call her asap if I had any weird symptoms. Very pleasant and de-stressing environment.

Highly untrained staff. The only saving grace was a pharmacist who knew what she was doing. The counter staff didn't know the laws, didn't know how to punch things in correctly but was otherwise nice. Also said that they don't follow the flyer which is unlawful. Unfortunately she also kept my brand new points card so I now have to go back to get it.

I went check if they do covid vaccine. The lady at the pharmacy sound rude to me. Never going back there. Its happened on Thursday December 30 th 2021 at 1030 am. I strongly believe she needs some inservices regarding customer care service.
