I am writing this review as I am on hold from last 25 minutes for the 3rd time without my consent to accept to be kept on hold. I am a regular customer for them and call every month to get my medications refilled and each time the same thing happens. I would really appreciate if the management can have enough staff at the pharmacy to attend the customers or in other cases I would be shifting my file to another provider/pharmacy. Thank you.

Great place to shop!
It's clean and very professional!
The only thing was that some of their sale prices, the "was" and "now" were the same price.
But other than that, I would definitely shop there!
And they take Optimum cards!

This is my regular pharmacy and where I get my flu shots. I love the BeWell App which provides me a very efficient process for filling my prescriptions. I recently filled a large prescription as I'm having surgery soon. The drop off was thorough with the pharmacist going through my script and advising on the items that may be better getting OTC. The very next day it was ready. Pick up was just as amazing. The pharmacist took me to the seated area and went through each medication and what it does. Due to the pain meds, I had to be provided a Naxalone Kit, she went through the instructions and made suggestions on how to familiarize my husband (who would be the one using it). Always such a polite, friendly and professional experience. I cannot recommend them enough.

They have been closing the store early. Went to pick my medication up with 5 minutes left and they were locking the doors

If I could rate a zero I would. Unsure what happened to the regular male pharmacist, apparently he left. The new pharmacist/tech are awful. She couldn’t recall the conversation we previously had on the phone, advised me my medication would be ready for pick up shortly. When I arrived the following day, they informed me they were out of stock. ( is a regular occurrence at this pharmacy). They didn’t bother to notify me of that prior to my arrival. She also confirmed she could prescribe me a medication, only to be told when I arrived, she was unable. Not only did they waste my time, I left with no Rx. Would highly NOT recommend.

I’ve been taken care of by Dr. Shaker a few times and recently Dr. Brow on the weekend at the walk-in clinic and have nothing but stellar reviews for both doctors. Not only did they take the time to get to the root of issues, but provided care to each and genuinely listened to you. The front desk staff/nurses have always been kind and patient during check-in. Considering the higher patient volume in the last few years as well, the wait time has always been manageable (they also let you check-in and come back ). Highly recommend this clinic!

Horrible service, 4 employees were talking eachother nonsense and they doesn’t care about the customers. After all, we should call them for help. Close the pharmacy of you cannot serve the customer

My go to for all my pharmaceuticals and for a few small things that are needed as I can use my points on my be well app and they usually have some sales on the everyday items like milk, cream, bread, bagels, cheeze strings.You can also purchase M&M products here in their freezer isle, which is handy.Would highly recommend as the pharmacists here are so very helpful and willing to go out of their way to help in every way.They also have a walk in clinic attached incase you have any non emergency health concerns.You can get your flu and covid shots here at this location as well.

Went to this location to get a gift for my daughter and the staff Vineet so welcoming and did really appreciate his help looking for an awesome items for a gift. Good shout out for both Vineet and Julia. They even extend their help in wrapping my gift, really happy and appreciate their kindness. Keep up the good customer service. Happy Holidays.

Consistently left on hold for up to 10 minutes a few times. Obviously don't want the business so any new prescriptions will go elsewhere!

I have received the most outstanding care from this pharmacy that when I moved away we still drive from opposite end of the city weekly just to pick up my prescriptions from a pharmacy that TRULY CARES your not just a number here like at most pharmacies been with them for ten years my doctor retired but I have such amazing support from the staff here it is truly unmatched. Don’t know what I would do without all their advice and guidance. Best in the city !!!

I sat there for 3 and a 1/2 hours waiting to see the doctor only to ask and find out that it's still under the 2 hour wait that's 5 and a 1/2 hours at a Freaking medical clinic What the h*** is going on with our freaking healthcare system...... 5 hour wait I expected a hospital As far as I've concerned these places of flipping joke .......
