I read most of reviews and I believe most of the bad reviews are to the wrong Rexall as there is no Medicentre at this location. I believe that they are talking to the Pleasantview Rexall because I had the same bad experience the people are talking about.
After three years I switched to Rexall pharmacy at Southgate mall.
Excellent, professional and caring service by three different pharmacist that I have dealt with so far.
This is a very small pharmacy therefore you might need to drop off your prescription but right away I was offer free delivery as they didn’t have the full prescription.
I recommend this Rexall and thank you to all staff even the front counter for their amazing service.

I went to this Rexall in order to go to the walk in clinic, as on the website and on googles hours, it says that this medicentre was open. Perfect. At 8am I jumped the LRT, walked to the Rexall and waited 20 mins for the store to open. As I finally get into the store and make it to the medicentre- I was told that today there is “no walk-ins.” This was a surprise to me and the elderly man who also waited with me as it is stated no where. Not on the website no warning on the door. It’s just upsetting; people come here sick, in pain or in need of help, and if that help isn’t available that day it should be stated everywhere- posters on the door, the website, etc. If the walk in clinic isn’t open to everyone it should be expressed as “closed.”
Hopefully y’alls experiences are better.

I would not recommend Rexall. I was very very sick. I woke up early to make sure I got to walk in early. When I arrived I realize that the opening time on the webpage is different from the actual opening time. So I ended up waiting an hour for it to open. Upon its opening I was told sorry no walk ins today. I said your webpage said they are open today. The receptionist just stated and me and said yes, I just changed it so we cannot help you today. Went someone is really sick. This is defeating news. I felt like crying. There was absolutely no concern shown for their lack of organization.
I ended up going to shoppers drug mart and paying for Strep test. They were great there extremely helpful.
I will not be using any of their services.

Went to mail off a package for a friend's Christmas present yesterday and the clerk at the Canada Post had the worst attitude and acted like we were inconveniencing her when we asked questions. She answered with such sarcasm. My wife and I are very unimpressed. I never got the name of the employee but it was a Rexall badge I saw she was wearing. Train your staff to give better customer service, Rexall. My wife and I will not be back.

MORGAN THE MANAGER!!I just had the RUDEST interaction with a manager in my entire life at this Rexall. I had my receipt forfour products that I had bought the previous day, but had found cheaper at a different store; so I came back to return the products.Completely untouched, unopened and unharmed, and still in the bag that I got them in! She refused to allow me to return them for no reason at all. She explicitly told me that it was the managers call as to whether I could get a refund for these types of products (unopened make-up and completely unopened lotion, from the day before!) or not. She went on to then completely deny me, in the rudest of ways! And for no reason at all!I will never be shopping at the This location again.WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A MANAGER. IN MY LIFE!

I have only been coming here for about 2 months and each time prior it's been fine, which is why i have started coming here. But today super frustrating, was told it would take an hour so waited. Then after an hour was told that one of the prescriptions could not be filled and the second prescription was not filled properly. The bottle seemed small so i had to ask is that my full prescription, and she said no, one month. I told her i wanted my full prescription and then she asked why i couldn't come back in a month, and i had to justify why I couldn't which honestly seems ridiculous. I told her i wanted the full prescription, and wanted to verify that i should only be paying the one charge (after insurance). Perhaps I would not have been so frustrated if this entire process did not take over an hour only to have to go elsewhere for a prescription. The pharmacist (the first time I have seen her) seemed disorganized and overwhelmed
