Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They forgot to fill one of my drugs(which was on the paper), told me my plan had changed and wouldn't work(even tho I had a prescription filled here 2 days earlier) and then told me my other plan didn't cover the drugs(even tho I went to Apollo and they filled it no problem. This is not to mention the rude attitude and the 20 minutes of waiting as they fumbled around their own computer system while people had to wait. Absolute incompetence, I will never recommend or return.

Came on a Saturday September 21 2024 to the medicentre doctor and stood outside waiting for the doors to open at 9 for almost 20mins (you must come early because there are limited space). We came inside and waiting another 1hour at the medicentre gate inside in the recall.
No explanation, just left us all waiting in a line. I wouldn't suggest going here unless you have all the time in the world

I’ve been coming to this rexall for the past two years and have always had lovely customer service. Stefanie was amazingly helpful, friendly, and she even helped to recommend me some products when she noticed I was looking at skincare. She was very sweet and even gave me some samples to try. If I could give her a raise I would! I’ve always liked shopping at Rexall but tonight was the best experience I’ve had there!

I enjoy shopping at Rexall because I get excellent customer service and good quality products at fair prices. For example, if you want exceptional cosmetics advice, talk to Sandra. I recommended Sandra to 3 of my friends , and they were all pleased with the results. I feel her advice is based on exceptional knowledge of cosmetics and a great wealth of experience.
The overall atmosphere at Rexall is friendly and professional. I have had consistent excellent customer service from Cosmetics, the post office, and the front cash .
Post Office, especially Elizabeth and Cody, are super friendly and helpful each and every time.
Amera, Michelle, Elizabeth, and Cody at the front cash are very kind and friendly. The manager is helpful also. I often see him assisting employees and customers . A great Rexall location to shop at!

Pharmacy staff seem unable to accomplish their tasks. Submitted my Prescription. I was told it would take one hour, and said that I would come back the next morning. Gave all my benefit information. The following afternoon I went to pick up my prescription they couldn’t find it. When they finally found the information, they informed me that they did not have that medication and they had to order it. I asked them why they did not call me and inform me of this, the lady just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry no other explanation was given. Not a very nice response. Went back for the third time to pick up my prescription and yet again they couldn’t find it. Then they had issues with implementing my benefits. I had to tell them how to do it. They just seem very uneducated or oblivious to their job. Unhappy with their service.

Great service by Sunaida and I think all the staff in the pharmacy work so hard to keep the customers happy. Thank you for helping me with my prescriptions and I appreciate the hard work you all do

Probably the worst service I've ever received by the two ladies Working at the pharmacy today, The first one started off by giving me extreme attitude when asking for my last name, and when I told it to her, she not only rolled her eyes, but looked like I was bothering her because she had to do her job then when I Called out her behaviour her colleague then came and took over while the other one had a fit, Her colleague then asked what happened and when I told her she apologized, and when I asked who the manager was, she said they had no manager I asked again if there was no manager or no owner? She said there wasn't any so as I told her that I would just look it up online and took their names down then began to say of course there was a manager, but he wasn't working at that time And then asked me why I need to report or complain? The problem is if you don't like where you're working or don't like interacting with customers then why are you working here definitely will not be returning and will be making sure that my family discontinues there prescriptions here and find a different pharmacist

Pharmacy has the worst customer service. Both pharmacists have been nothing but rude to my family members. Our usual pharmacy was closed and my grandpa ran out of medication we went to the pharmacy to get just the amount we would need for one day. Only to be turned down by the pharmacist saying this isn’t your regular pharmacy so we can’t help you. When my grandma asked to use the phone to call another rexal she was declined and a customer in the line let her use the phone. They are very disrespectful to the elderly. My grandma ended up going to the location in clareview with no problems at all to get the medication. My dad was waiting in line a different day to see a pharmacist and the person who was working told the other person that was working to let him wait. He waited over 10 mins for service for something that could have been done in a minute.

The pharmacist will not prescribe, not even an antihistamine. Idk why they went to med school, they shoulda flunked.

Hit and miss with the pharmacy. Sometimes I get excellent service, other times the people working at the pharmacy won’t even look up and acknowledge me when I’m waiting to drop off or pick up. I once approached the counter and the individual standing at the computer simply walked away without saying a thing. I was also once given a small amount of antibiotics in the most massive bottle, it was nearly impossible to get the dropper in to access the liquid.

Zero help from floor attendants. Broken wheels on cards, grumpy faces (all of them! Don’t you dare ask for any assistance or help).
Instead of helping the customers to find a product half of the stuff was chatting in the storage room. Hopefully management will bring back their stuff to normal work routine.
