Worst pharmacy customer service I’ve experienced. Lazy and rude service. Don’t expect anyone to go above and beyond or ask simple questions to assist you better. Just bare minimum showing up over here. Pharmacist walked away and went back to her counter while answering a question and just looked down and didn’t give eye contact or sign off from the conversation, just kind of expected you to get the hint the conversation was over. Moving to another pharmacy after 4 consecutive poor experiences.

I had all my prescriptions moved from Jasper Ave Rexall to the Clareview Rexall. I regret that. I have had more issues with this store than any of my previous pharmacy. I believe that a pharmacy technician called me a bit ago, and left a message that she phoned my psychiatrist for refills but was told to call my family doctor. Both of my doctors know that I have no family doctor, so I'm confused. I have told the pharmacy numerous times to fax refill requests to Dr Hamill, as I have 1 appointment per month.
I am looking to transfer to another Rexall, as I have had more anxiety dealing with this store. I panic when my phone rings an it's Rexall.

Really bad service from the pharmacist on the phone. I am 5 hours away from home and I forgot my medication and now I have to suffer through withdrawals because she refused to even listen to me and just kept repeating that it’s not time for a refill yet
She has Zero empathy or compassion for people, and I hope she ends up finding a profession better suited to her personality

Usually I find this store very helpful and it’s close to my place to it’s my go-to place for a quick stop for toiletries. Today I went in with my 3 kids and an older phillipino lady was following me around the store. I’ve never had this happen before, so I went into an empty aisle just to see if she was and yes. So I walked up to her and asked her why she was following me. At first she said she wasn’t, then when I told her yes, I saw you. Then she said, “We’ve seeen you here before.” I said “I would hope so. I’m here almost every week picking up something for us. I love down the road. I come here all the time.” I immediately put everything back I was going to buy and called the kids to leave. I will leave a complaint about Thai to the store directly but I will say, there were other customers in the store, that were white, and it was me (aboriginal) that was followed.

extremely racist. Started following my siblings and i around the store ( were are people of colour). My sister was waiting for her medication so we were waiting and i was looking around so i could buy something and this lady kept following me around the store every isle i went to she was there. I ended up buying a popsicles i had my receipt visible while i was eating it another worker came up to me and asked if i paid for it…obviously i did why would i eat it in the store. Also keep in mind there were also a few white teenagers in the store as well they weren’t being followed.

Brittany was an amazing cashier. I asked for help finding something and she walked me to where it was and even let me know about the sale going on. She also gave me great skincare and makeup advice and now I feel like a million bucks. She made me feel so much more confident! Can't wait to come back to this Rexall!

Bought $18 hair conditioner lastnight 30 minutes before they were closed
It made my hair feel gross, so checked online for return policy since it's not stated on the receipt... just said if you're not completely satisfied to just return it along with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase.... so went to return it first thing the next morning
The guy helping me was nice, but needed a supervisor to complete the return
Supervisor asked if I bought the wrong one, I said no, it just made my hair feel gross
She then told me I'm not allowed to since it's been used
I told her I checked the return policy to see of it stated that.... and it doesn't
She then said "since covid the return policy changed"
I told her that it doesn't say that anywhere
She then tried to get mouthy and say " well anyone can just use stuff and return it "
I told her you cannot enforce a policy on the spot, that is not stated anywhere for a customer to be informed
She got angry and walked away
During all this I was inputting my debit card info to receive the refund from the guy that was originally helping me, so I did get the refund in the end
But I didn't appreciate the argument and disrespectful treatment I received
If you have a certain return policy, have it posted somewhere so that it can be enforced, otherwise don't make one up expecting customers to follow it

Staff did not respect customer privacy and were not polite. One of the Cashiers, Marilyn, was very rude and Gossiped with her coworker as she scanned my items. This was very inappropriate and unprofessional behaviour.

Im not coming back in this Pharmacy. That lady in black with long hair dont know what customer service is. She might be a supervisor, manager, I dont know! Im not even done speaking yet, I just said I was the one who called and she already interrupted me saying, it doesnt matter, u have to wait for 25 minutes" in a very sarcasrtic way. Looks like she doesnt know how to deal with customers. The fact that I called already, since I am a regular customer.. Let's say we have no chocie but to wait, u have to say it in a nice way because the customer expected the wait is not gonna be that long. I am also a Customer Service in a retail store but NEVER in my life I treat customers like garbage, the way this lady talked to me. When u work as frontliner u have to speak nicely with politeness, put yourself in customer's shoes. Treat people how you wanted to be treated.

Staff does not know anything about insurance coverage, very annoying,.. First they said my husband has been canceled from my coverage then, when I proved that he has not, they said we have to wait for my husband personal coverage from his job to be activated.. So if my husband doesn't not have coverage yet or it is not activated it means he won't get medicine ?????we have to wait till he get a job or activate his coverage..and not use mine, as I am still paying for it ? Guys are you ok, please study fist...get some training before you going on the floor!!

I have been there twice to get prescriptions and the help I have received not at all helpful. I felt like I was nothing them they also didn’t seem to care about my privacy while I was asking questions.The person that answers the phone was short and didn’t seem to care of my concerns

Pharmacy staff were to busy chatting...staff member I dealt with was rude and abrupt...didn't have the time of day for me. Moved my rx to another Pharmacy!

Most of the pharmacy staff are quite friendly, helpful, and informative. They answer all of my questions. They've been very accommodating with my frustrating insurance, special ordering several things to meet their requirements.
