Popped into Ricki's today just to see what was in store and had one of THE best shopping experiences. My friend was looking for something specific and Nicole was so helpful, I started asking for help. Nicole was amazing and gave me colours I would never have tried and I loved them. She had me looking at my closet with completely new eyes. She was attentive and kind to every single customer in the change room. I can't wait to get dressed tomorrow!

I have been shopping at this store for several years now and it was always a great experience until the last few months. The clothing is still my preferred style however the atmosphere has changed.

One million stars!!! Gaining weight during covid broke mentally and I stopped trying to to impress and I dressed to cover up. Nicole worked with me for almost 1.5 hours and helped find outfits I actually liked and what worked best with my body and my skin tones. I left smiling and my confidence has sky rocketed. I feel like I look my age again and I feel beautiful! This was the best shopping experience I've had!

I used to love going to that store with my dog, as the staff was always welcoming and friendly towards me and my dog. However, on today’s visit, I had the worst experience. A representative approached me and asked if my dog was a service dog. When I answered no, she informed me that dogs were not allowed in the store unless they were service animals. This confused me, as I had been to this store multiple times over the past three years with my dog, and dogs were always allowed. In fact, on my first visit, I even asked about their pet policy and was told that they love dogs. The representative then told me that they would update their staff on the guidelines. This made me wonder if the staff had been unaware of the policy until this representative arrived. Also, during my visit, there were hardly 2 -3 other shoppers, yet the other available representative kept hovering around me and the other shoppers, either checking on us or trying to explain the discounts. I felt very pressured and uncomfortable. I have decided not to go to this store anymore. It only takes a few minutes for a great shopping experience to turn into the worst. I am very disappointed :(

Had a great time shopping here. Christine was very friendly and helpful and helped me put together several outfits. She made the whole experience fun and enjoyable.

I stopped by Ricki’s this morning after realizing I had no color in my wardrobe; luckily enough, Nicole was working. I asked her to find me essentially a whole new wardrobe, but I only had an hour… holy cow, she came through. In exactly one hour, I had pants, tops, a jacket, skirt and dress. Nicole is phenomenal. I fully recommend her for anything you may need or want. Thanks so much, Nicole. You’re amazing!

I was in the store today 23rd nov,2022 between 3:30-4pm and the there was two staffs they never said hi or greeted me instead were chatting with other customers even if they were browsing I took a jacket and a blazer but left it aside as I won’t pay at a store where staffs are racist it seems they don’t deserve my business . Before I used to buy so many work clothes from rickis and the girls and ladies seemed friendly not today though new faces

I've been meaning to write a review for quite sometime. I would like to THANK TERRY-LYNN for her patience when my mom returned a sweater, she received for Xmas. Terry-'Lynn spent quite some time with us, trying to suggest different items. TL is always pleasant/friendly EVERY time I'm in the store, tho I'm sure many customers are difficult - she has only been excellent, when I've had any dealing with her. I hope Cleo's/Ricki's know how lucky they are to have such a valued employee.

Natalia was so rude and made me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in. The website clearly states that the return period is 45 days from the SHIP date, but Natalia refused to do my refund because it was 46 days from the ORDER date. Called the 1800 number as soon as I left and was told I did in fact have an additional 9 days left for full refund. They called the store to tell Natalia she was wrong (at which time she apologized to the representative, but not the customer she just treated so poorly) and a return label was issued to avoid the inconvenience of another trip to the store.
